First visit. All seats are private rooms, so you can enjoy your meal in privacy! We ordered Negi-tan, Harami, Bara, Mino, and Kotecchan. There are two types of sauce, a light soy sauce-based one and a rich miso-based one. The miso sauce is thick and flavorful, perfect for those who prefer strong flavors. The Negi-tan was a bit thin, which was a little disappointing. Kotecchan had plenty of juicy, melty fat and the seasoning was excellent. Delicious! Bara had a good amount of fat, and it tasted great with either the soy sauce or miso sauce. Harami was tender and had the most meaty texture! It tasted amazing with either sauce. The Mino had a perfect spicy seasoning. We also received a complimentary side dish from the staff, which was very much appreciated! We also got a complimentary vanilla ice cream after the meal, which was a nice touch. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
