On September 1st, the traditional tea house "Koharu En" supervised sweet shop "Santosaryo" opened on the first floor of the underground floor to the second floor of the commercial facility "KYOTO TOWER SANDO" in Kyoto. Using hot water boiled in a tea kettle, they make tea right in front of you for each order, creating authentic menu items. During lunchtime, many students, including those on school trips, were seen visiting the shop. It is the perfect place to enjoy authentic Kyoto sweets on the first floor underground.

★ Garden Parfait Matcha 1400 yen, Hojicha 1300 yen
I shared it with a friend. The parfait is inspired by the red torii gate and the garden of Kyoto. It consists of moss-like white balls, ice cream reminiscent of Kyoto mountains, and a red torii gate cookie. Inside, there are red beans, rice flakes, and chestnuts stacked in seven layers. The ice cream actually has two levels of richness. The top is 3% and the bottom is 8% matcha richness.
- They make tea for each order using hot water boiled in a tea kettle. Boiling in a tea kettle gives the tea a rounded flavor, making it smooth and easy to drink. If you ask, you can receive hot water boiled in a tea kettle. You can also get a red torii gate broken cookie at the order counter. It's a casual counter where you can easily place your order, but you can enjoy high-quality tea sweets.
