When you break the burrata cheese, it becomes creamy and goes well with the figs. ・Avocado toast The bread was made of rice flour. There wasn't much of a chewy texture like rice flour. The toppings were Serrano ham, figs, roasted almonds, and poached egg. There was probably a whole avocado piled on top. It's amazing how they can make so many toppings look beautiful. ・Roasted scallops with porcini mushroom cream risotto The scent of porcini mushrooms was good, and when eaten hot, it melts in your mouth and is delicious. The food is delicious at this trendy restaurant, and I want to come back. It seems better to make a reservation.

I felt like experiencing New York vibes, so I decided to visit this restaurant I found on Instagram. The interior was filled with groups of stylish women, all seeming very sophisticated. The dishes I tried in this trendy space were all delicious. Personally, I loved the gazpacho and lamb the most. It's rare to find a restaurant with both a great atmosphere and tasty food, so I will definitely be coming back. I also want to try going at night next time.

The roast chicken had a crispy exterior and moist interior, very tasty. It was a bit challenging to remove the bones though, haha. The only downside was that the restaurant interior was a bit dark.
