一瞬の閃き
Finally, this is the 150th comment I've been aiming for! As always, I need to write a review of my favorite restaurant to mark this milestone! This restaurant is the second branch of Yakiniku Noburu, with the main branch located in Shijo Omiya. I love this place so I rushed here to celebrate and write a review! The location is about a 3-4 minute walk from Hankyu Saiin Station, on the right side as you pass Yakiniku Shirin-ya and Izakaya Jidai-ya. Unlike the main branch, this store is on the 2nd floor, giving it a cozy and hidden feel, perfect for a romantic yakiniku date! It had just opened, so it was filled with celebratory flowers! I felt the love from everyone around me! Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff and led to a sunken tatami seating area. It's separated from the counter and table seats, giving it a private room-like atmosphere, which is convenient for gatherings. We started with a toast with Asahi beer! Personally, I also like Kirin's refreshing taste, but Asahi beer is delicious and easy to drink, so I enjoy it too. The addictive napa cabbage dish arrived! The sauce's richness and flavor were outstanding! My friend, who was trying it for the first time, exclaimed, "Wow, this cabbage is delicious!" Next up was the seared yukhoe (Korean-style beef tartare)! The egg had a beautiful shine and color! After lightly searing it on the charcoal grill, we enjoyed it medium-rare, and it was delicious! Then came the thick-cut wagyu tongue! The thickness was irresistible, and the perfect cut made it tender and tasty! And the dishes kept coming. The red meat 4-kind assortment! The variety of cuts in this platter was fantastic. The "tougarashi" (chili pepper) was a new cut for me, and it was tender and delicious! However, my favorite was the lamb sirloin! The natural sweetness of the meat, the exquisite cut, and the tenderness of the meat were unbeatable. Delicious! By this point, I was enjoying the recommended Freezing Highball! The hormone mix platter was also great, as it allowed us to try various cuts at an affordable price of 780 yen. The homemade sauce was just right, not too light or too heavy, enhancing the flavor of the meat. And then it arrived. The dish that made me eat meat just to have it, the signature dish of Noburu. Yukhoe Jang Ramen. The color looked spicy, the aroma was stimulating, and it was a satisfying finish. It had everything, and it was Noburu's specialty. They also have a tail soup ramen, but the Yukhoe Jang Ramen is a must-try. It's not just spicy, but the umami that comes afterward is incredible. A perfect way to end the meal! There's so much more I want to write, but it might get too cluttered, so I'll stop here for now! There are many cheap yakiniku restaurants nearby, but if you want to eat delicious yakiniku, Noburu is the way to go without hesitation! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again! Thank you for the meal! Well then, see you later!
