Roppongi・NY Style Brunch・NY Bistro "MERCER BRUNCH"
A "NY Style Brunch" specialty store with a quiet location that doesn't feel like Roppongi. They offer egg-based dishes in a New York style brunch setting. Lunch time features egg dishes with a hotel breakfast-like volume, along with French toast made with special brioche. Dinner time offers a "meat Italian" menu with beef, pork, and chicken options. MERCER CAFE EBIS has been expanding since its opening in December 2007, with 12 stores including Omotesando, Ginza, and Ebisu. This particular store opened in 2012. Lunch time includes a set with two pieces of brioche French toast. Nordic salmon marinade + scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs, grilled salmon + scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs, grilled Oyama chicken + scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs for an additional ¥300, homemade sausage and caponata with poached eggs, and more. Today, we ordered the "homemade sausage and caponata with poached eggs".
[Main Dish] "Homemade Sausage and Caponata with Poached Eggs": The sausage had a nice sear on the outside and a firm bite, releasing the meat's natural umami and juices as you chew. It was a simple sausage without too many spices, but the herb sauce complemented it well. The caponata, similar to ratatouille, had large chunks of eggplant, paprika, tomato, and onion, well-cooked and flavorful. It was seasoned with spices and paired nicely with the poached egg, creating a balanced taste.
[Homemade French Toast] "Brioche French Toast": The homemade brioche, specially made for the French toast, was cut into small thick slices. The French toast was subtly sweet and tasted delicious on its own, but even better when paired with the caponata and runny poached egg yolk. It's said that you can also buy cakes at their Ikebukuro location. Enjoying delicious egg dishes and French toast makes for a great start to the day. I visited early in the morning and the place was bustling with groups of women.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a holiday. Reservations are required at this restaurant. You must order the brunch course (over 2900 yen). This was my first time visiting the Roppongi store, and it is not a very conspicuous location in front of Azabu Police Station. The interior of the restaurant is bright and open, with over 80% of the customers being women. The brunch course includes kale salad, French toast, and a fixed drink, with the option to choose a main dish. I chose the grilled salmon and scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs, to be honest, were not particularly outstanding in terms of taste, but they looked really beautiful, so I recommend trying them. The French toast, which I found delicious the first time I visited, was still delicious. It is not too sweet, fluffy, and has a very nice texture that is not overly sticky or dry. For someone like me who doesn't eat a lot of sweets on a regular basis, French toast is similar to pancakes in that it is delicious but can be a bit too sweet or heavy on the stomach at some places. However, this restaurant has just the right lightness. There are also stores in Ginza and Omotesando, so I recommend making a reservation and trying it out.

The restaurant was about 70% full at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. It might be crowded during lunchtime, but I was able to walk in at this time. I didn't really know what to order, so I went with the course lunch. The place is stylish and the food was delicious. It seems like a restaurant that is easy for both women and couples to visit.

About a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station. This is a favorite spot of mine that I have visited multiple times. The French toast here is absolutely delicious! The lunch course is 2,900 yen and includes a mini salad, a choice of main dish, French toast, and coffee or tea - very satisfying. The portions are generous and will leave you feeling stuffed. The clientele mostly consists of groups of women or couples on dates. The terrace seating is also lovely, so I would like to visit during the nice weather.

I made a reservation for Saturday and the restaurant was fully booked with strict time limits on seating. The age group seemed to be different from weekday lunches, with many young girls enjoying their meals. The French toast was as delicious as ever - crispy on the outside and moist inside, with a fine texture and creamy filling. My favorite was the avocado tartare as the main dish. The appetizer, however, was a bit disappointing with tough, parsley-like greens. The price of 2100 yen excluding tax with a drink included seemed fair for the delicious French toast, location, and atmosphere.

I went with my company team. The interior was very stylish and lovely, perfect for girls' gatherings. I ordered the Salmon Avocado, but the other dishes looked delicious too. It was great that everything came with Brioche French Toast!

★3.5【FILE 1631】2023/08/23 (Wednesday) 14:47 Visited a cafe located on the first floor of a building off the main Roppongi street, which opened 10 years and 9 months ago in November 2012. [Repeat Edition] This is a repeat visit for me. I moved from Azure Forty-Five and visited for the 10th time after 3 years and 8 months. The interior of the cafe is stylish with a bright and open atmosphere, featuring white as the main color with brick accents. There are brick table seats in the center and white table seats around, totaling 60 seats for a spacious feel. About 30% of the seats were occupied during my visit. After that, there were no new customers, so it was relatively quiet. The customer base was 80% female and 20% male. The service was handled smoothly by one female staff member and one male staff member. The menu includes desserts such as Basque cheesecake, chocolate Basque cheesecake, ripe apple mango tart, rich egg pudding, New York cheesecake, strawberry mille-feuille, and freshly baked fondant chocolate, as well as coffee for 600 yen (tax included). I ordered the ripe apple mango tart for 1300 yen. The dessert was served 4 minutes after ordering. The tart featured a thick almond-flavored crust topped with mango jam, caramel sauce, ripe apple mango slices, rich white chocolate cream, and crushed pistachios. The sweet and sour taste of the ripe apple mango was delicious. The cafe has a stylish atmosphere with white as the main color and brick accents. Various cashless payment options were available at checkout. The ripe apple mango tart for 1300 yen was delicious, allowing you to enjoy the sweet and sour taste of ripe apple mango.

I wanted to visit this place and my work visit was nearby, so I made a reservation right away. I think I can recommend it to all my work colleagues. It's a brunch style place, so it's nice that you can choose from a variety of mains. The brioche French toast, grilled salmon, and scrambled eggs were all top-notch. If the service matches this, it might become popular and hard to get in. Should we compromise on the service then?! The white sangria for lunch was also amazing.

The interior of the restaurant is very stylish, the portion of the food is large, and my stomach was very satisfied. The staff were so cute that they seemed like idols, and I was healed. The service was good, the interior was clean and cool, so the atmosphere was comfortable. It's recommended for dates or meetings as it's close to the station!

I went to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, and I love their French toast so much that I was impressed when I had it again after a long time. The lunch course is ¥2900 and includes appetizers, main dish, French toast, and a drink. The dessert plate's pudding was surprisingly delicious, even though I'm not a big fan of pudding. I would order the pudding on its own. The restaurant is located in Ebisu, Ginza, and other places, making it easy to visit. The atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious, making it a great choice for a stylish weekend lunch.

I had made a reservation at the Ebisu store because I liked the Ginza store, but the air conditioning at the Ebisu store broke down and they couldn't operate, so they asked me to change to the Roppongi store. I moved from Ebisu to Roppongi and as an apology, they offered the first champagne as a service. I was seated in a spacious sofa seat in the shape of a "コ" and when I sat down, the seat was wet. I informed the staff and they took care of it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet, stylish, and you can spend a relaxing time. The taste of the food is reliable and you can order without any worries, just like at other stores. Despite the various incidents, the response to the irregularities was good, so it did not affect my evaluation. I would like to visit the Ebisu store again someday.

The black truffle and Gorgonzola cheese with arugula salad had a great balance and was delicious! But when it first arrived, I was like, "Is this a single portion?" It was so good but seemed a bit small, so I was a little worried. The cheese on top of the carpaccio always tastes so good, like snow. The meat was... maybe a bit overcooked. I prefer it more medium-rare, but the potatoes were tasty, especially with the mixed flavors.

When it comes to French toast, Maison Brunch is the place to go! When I visit Maison Brunch, I always make sure to order their French toast. The egg and butter spread on the bread is so delicious. The sweet and rich aroma of butter and egg fills the air as soon as the bread arrives. It's a must-have when dining at Maison Brunch. I crave it at least once a month - Maison Brunch's French toast is just that good!

A stylish restaurant near the Ma-bu Police Station (new). The brunch here is famous, and at night it turns into a "NY Italian" spot. Very trendy! Visited around 8 pm on a weekday, the place was about 80% full. Made a reservation for the sofa seat at the back. The surrounding tables were occupied by foreigners and people who seemed to be from the industry. Reminded me of Roppongi! Ordered appetizers, steak for the main course, and pasta, among other dishes. Overall, the food was excellent. This must be the New York style! I particularly enjoyed the tomato sauce linguine with crab. I'd like to come back to try their famous brunch sometime.

I used it for dinner. I made a reservation because I used to have the impression that it was a high-class restaurant, but the service and food have both declined. The meat was tough and not enjoyable to eat. It was of a quality more like a regular izakaya.

I tried reserving a couple's seat. The sofa seat was relaxing and comfortable. The course meal was quite generous in portion! The pizza was delicious! There were many groups of women having a girls' night out. Two couples were celebrating their birthdays with a birthday cake, they looked like they were having a lot of fun! It was a bit noisy, but it also allowed us to have private conversations without worrying about the surroundings.

I visited the restaurant around 11 o'clock for brunch, and already half of the restaurant was filled with people enjoying their brunch. The interior of the restaurant felt slightly more spacious than it looked from the outside. It was a semi-outdoor setting, but the temperature was comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold.
French Toast Set: Milk Butter Fried Chicken & Scrambled Eggs
The French toast was very milky and moist, with a substantial amount to eat. It lacked an eggy flavor, so it would be enjoyable for those who like milky tastes. The quinoa salad was also served on the plate. The fried chicken was flavorful, and the maple syrup paired well with it. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, and you could choose between scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs. The quinoa salad had a strong dressing, with a slightly sour taste.
Lobster Omelette with Lobster Sauce and Homemade Bread
The large omelette was soaked in lobster sauce, fluffy but not too soft, with a nicely cooked outer layer. There was a small amount of lobster inside, which was delicious (although more would have been appreciated). The homemade bread was served with buttermilk and was very soft and fluffy, almost like it was freshly baked or warmed up.
Iced Coffee
The iced coffee had a strong bitterness and was slightly stronger than usual, even though it was served cold.

Martha's Brunch Roppongi, located next to Azabu Police Station, is a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi's main street. They offer a variety of options for tea time, lunch, and dinner. On this day, I tried their recommended French toast during tea time. The thick slices of bread were soaked in a rich egg mixture, and the portion was quite generous. The flavor was rich and decadent, and with the sprinkle of powdered sugar, I personally felt that maple syrup was unnecessary.

In the Minato district lunch series, this time it's the famous Marthas series. This place is quietly tucked away next to Roppongi Midtown. The set menu is in the 2000 yen range, offering great value. It's popular among women, but the pancakes are substantial enough for men too. The salmon is always a safe choice! The simmered dishes at the bottom of the menu are hidden gems. I definitely want to go back.

The most stylish space! I was surprised by how stylish the interior of this restaurant was when I went there for lunch because it was near my company. I ordered the avocado and salmon something something lunch set! The main dish was delicious, and the French toast was also very tasty.

We used this restaurant for a date. The interior had a stylish atmosphere, and the course dishes were delicious. The French toast came with two slices per person, and it was fluffy and very tasty, but we were satisfied with just one. It was crowded during lunchtime, and we saw people leaving at the entrance, possibly because it was full. Reservations are a must.
