The Excellence Hotel, located next to the Aeon Mall in front of Kyoto Station, offers a non-smoking single room with a large TV. The semi-double bed is firm and comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast is self-serve with items like toast, boiled eggs, jam, and butter available. It's a simple breakfast served with coffee, which is also nice. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
