First visit. A restaurant near Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. It's amazing to find a cost-effective yakiniku restaurant in this location. It's great that you can dine alone. Also, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink lemon sour for 500 yen. The meat is delicious and reasonably priced. The lemon sour has a strong alcohol content, so you can easily get drunk if you're not careful.

Feeling exhausted, I decided to walk around the hotel area looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon a yakiniku restaurant with individual grills at each counter. I decided to have a solo yakiniku meal here. I ordered harami (skirt steak), tan (beef tongue), and shredded cabbage using the touch panel. I also ordered a highball. The meat came with a flavored sauce already on it. The restaurant is conveniently located near the station and offers a quick and affordable meal option. The quality of the meat and the atmosphere were a bit different from what I expected, but overall I was satisfied.

Around 10:00 pm, I visited "Hitori Yakiniku Yaruki" located across from Kyoto Station Hachijo exit. This restaurant is part of the food and beverage brand operated by Yaruki Co., Ltd., with other brands including "Yakiniku Yaruki," "Karubi Don and Sundofu Specialty Shop Kandon," "Yakitori Kushikatsu Kamameshi Torisho," "Niku Bar Ginjiro," and "Niku Kappo Bar Ushigyu." "Yakiniku Yaruki" and "Hitori Yakiniku Yaruki" are separate brands. At "Hitori Yakiniku Yaruki," as per the concept, the portions are half the size of other restaurants for easy consumption, with a selection of 5 different sauces to choose from including the secret sauce passed down through generations. The available sauces are: 1) Yaruki Sauce (soy sauce) 2) Umakara sauce 3) Miso sauce 4) Lemon juice 5) Grated ginger. It's a place where you can enjoy a variety of dishes even when dining alone. A quick stop-and-go restaurant near the station. More than half of the seats are for solo yakiniku dining. The menu doesn't have salads or stone bibimbap, just grill the meat, dip it in sauce, and for me who doesn't drink alcohol, I wash it down with apple juice. The taste is not bad but it's not cheap either. The young male staff on the Chinese-themed floor work energetically and left a good impression.

There were small grills prepared at the counter for solo yakiniku. Although it is intended for solo use, you can also sit next to someone and enjoy it together. Many couples seemed to be using this method today on Christmas Eve. I ordered meat using a touch panel, and it was brought to me by the staff. You can order meat starting from 50g. Depending on the type of meat, you could also choose the sauce. I started with beef tongue. Beef Tongue 50g It was just the right size for one person. As I started grilling the beef tongue, more meat arrived. I also ordered Harami and Kalbi. Harami 100g Kalbi 100g Both had a satisfying volume! I enjoyed grilling them at my own pace on my personal grill. The beef tongue had a nice thickness, and I enjoyed the texture. The Harami and Kalbi looked delicious. The Kalbi was juicy and delicious. This is a casual place where you can enjoy yakiniku by yourself. The prices of the meat are reasonable and the quality is not bad. The grill for one person is small, but it's enough for one person. They also have a good selection of drinks, so it might be nice to have a drink after work.

I felt like having yakiniku by myself, so I decided to visit this restaurant. [Ordered items] Lemon sour, 100g each of harami and kalbi, rice, soup, and kimchi set. The total was around 2000 yen. The meat seemed to be prepared in some cooking facility rather than being cut in the store. It was brought to the table in an instant. The taste was just average. Honestly, it's a bit expensive to eat until you're full, and I can't say it's high-quality yakiniku. It's a bit disappointing that Yakiniku Like might be better.
