In Gion, there is a restaurant called Issen Western Food. You can also enjoy their food at Kyoto Takashimaya. They have desserts too, and one of the products is called "Puruko-chan" (lol). And it's delicious even when cold. I didn't bother warming it up at the hotel and ate it as it is, but it was delicious. The seller also said, "I'm eating it without warming it up," so it seems to be a common practice. It's full of ingredients, satisfying to eat, cheap, and convenient. It was great!
