I ordered a drink, opting for the unfamiliar "Biwamin," a grape vinegar drink priced at a flat rate of 800 yen. For food, I tried the Pate de Campagne for 800 yen, which had a nice flavor without being too strong, complemented by mustard and pickles. The Takowasa Potato Salad for 600 yen was unexpectedly spicy due to the Takowasa, but it paired well with alcohol. The Black Wagyu Tataki for 1000 yen had great seasoning and tender meat that melted in the mouth. The Tripe for 700 yen, inherited from the recently closed French kitchen Mangerbien, was the most delicious tripe I've had recently, with a well-prepared texture and tasty tomato sauce. The Squid Ink Frankfurter for 600 yen was juicy with a harmonious blend of squid ink and meat umami, disappearing quickly due to its deliciousness.
