I tried takeout from a cafe that opened near my house. The cheesecake was 600 yen, and the sesame cheesecake was 650 yen. It was quite delicious. The sweetness was mild, but you could taste the richness of the cheese and the subtle flavor of sesame. It ranked pretty high among cheesecakes I've had. It's a bit pricey, but I felt like I wanted to eat it again and again. However, it's quite small and felt a bit expensive. There's a patisserie called Zero nearby, which I think is a competitor in terms of cakes. However, Noe Cafe's cheesecake is just baked, so it seems to lack the effort compared to Zero, and the price is set higher than Zero. In that case, I think Zero might be more appealing to customers. Also, in this location, it's important to attract elderly repeat customers. The area near Kei Station West Exit has relatively high land prices, and the elderly make up a large portion of the population due to young people living temporarily. However, I felt that the stairs to the second floor were very steep and might be difficult for the elderly. In terms of atmosphere and everything else, it seems to be geared towards young people, making it difficult to attract elderly repeat customers. As a business area, it seems like it would appeal more to the elderly, but the cafe is focused on young people. However, there is no parking or bicycle parking, and there is strict enforcement against illegal parking near Kei Station, making it quite limited for visitors with motorcycles or cars, so it may be difficult to attract young people who are a bit further away. The customer service was very friendly and left a good impression. However, it felt very geared towards young people. While the elderly may not feel uncomfortable, I wondered how many young people, who are the core customers, would visit this store. There is a cafe called Koto Oto nearby, which is frequented by the elderly and has been around for a while. I haven't made detailed comparisons, but I think there are many hints for survival in Kei Nishiguchi. I thought it might be okay to make the store a bit more elderly-friendly. Waffles seem to be inexpensive and suitable for takeout, but if the unit price of the cheesecake could be lowered, it would be more accessible. There may be ways to increase variety, but maybe they can't put that much effort into cakes. The cheesecake was very delicious, and I really hope it can survive at Kei Station West Exit, which is why I wrote my personal opinion. It was a delicious restaurant that I hope will continue to thrive for a long time.
