Today's pick is Luke's Lobster. When they first opened, there was always a long line, but now you can purchase without waiting. I have loved this place since it opened. It may be a bit pricey for a light meal, but where else can you easily eat lobster? This time, I ordered the Lobster Roll (Light) for ¥1,650 and a Brooklyn Lager for ¥600. The aroma of the freshly baked bread and the tender lobster... It tastes even better with Sriracha sauce. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely come back!

I went here for lunch craving to bite into a mouthful of lobster. I arrived on a weekday a little after 1 pm and was able to enter without waiting. Even though it was lunchtime, there were no lunch sets available. I ordered the popular No.1 Lobster Roll and Combo B (French fries + drink). I chose the regular size Lobster Roll. For the drink, I had orange juice. They provided ketchup and Sriracha sauce as spicy condiments. The Lobster Roll had a crispy outer layer and a soft inside with cool, firm lobster meat. The moment I took a bite of the cold, firm lobster meat was pure happiness. The bun was spread with lemon butter and a hint of herb seasoning that complemented the lobster. The French fries were thick and fluffy. The Lobster Roll was very delicious, but just adding French fries and a drink made the total cost exceed 3000 yen. Even as a woman, I was only 90% full, so for an average person, the set might not be enough to fill them up. Orders are placed at the counter, and a fast-food-like system is used where you are given a buzzer to collect your order at the food court area. Despite being a hand-held food, you don't receive a wet towel unless you ask for one. Additionally, the staff never came to clean the tables, and there were no towels provided for customers to clean up themselves. When I finished eating, I was uncertain about what to do with the tray until I found a place outside to return it. The food was delicious, but it didn't fill me up, and the service was below average. Visiting once should be enough.

I visited the Shibuya store that I had been curious about for a long time. I ordered the Lobster Roll Light for takeout, but I didn't find it delicious at all. If I'm going to pay ¥1,500, I can get something much tastier.

I visited the Cat Street location in Omotesando around 1:30 pm on a weekday in May. They directed me to the Shibuya location for lunch, so I decided to walk there. Unfortunately, the Shibuya location also did not serve lunch. I ended up buying a half portion of food and it was delicious! I preferred eating the crab dish with the spicy sauce. It was a bit of a wasted walk, but the taste was definitely worth it!

Captain Luke's Seafood Curry for 1430 yen. Located in Shibuya, Luke's Lobster is a restaurant known for their lobster rolls. Their menu features a variety of delicious seafood rolls, such as lobster rolls, crab rolls, and shrimp rolls. However, the highlight of the day was the Captain Luke's Seafood Curry, a limited edition item only available at the Shibuya Park Street location. The curry was filled with an abundance of seafood, including mussels, scallops, white fish, and even lobster meat. The curry itself was not too thick, with a smooth and flavorful blend of spices, herbs, lemon, seafood umami, and a hint of coconut sweetness. The combination of flavors was exquisite, and the side of coleslaw added a nice touch with its sweet and tangy taste. This limited-time menu item is definitely worth trying, so make sure to visit soon. I look forward to trying their famous lobster rolls next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I ordered the "Garlic Shrimp Lobster Roll Set for 1,430 yen including tax" from the lunch menu. I also asked for an "Orange Juice for 150 yen including tax" as my lunch drink. It's quite pricey, as it would go over 2,000 yen if not for the lunch menu. I paid at the counter first, received my juice, and then got my lobster roll which was handed to me when ready. The taste was really good! The shrimp and lobster were both cold and firm! The potatoes were simple but delicious. However, the price is just too high... even for lunch it came to 1,595 yen! Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to try the lobster sandwich at "LUKE'S LOBSTER" on Shibuya Park Street. I thought the portion size might be small, so I decided to go when I was feeling a bit peckish. There are a few bench seats outside and about three tables inside the store. It seems ideal for two people if you go with a friend. You need to secure a seat before placing your order, but on that day, both the outside seats and inside tables were available. The lobster roll starts at 980 yen for 2oz, which is a bit pricey, probably because it's lobster. The shrimp option starts at 950 yen. They only have some imported crab. The weekday lunch set seems like a better deal. The Lobster Roll Set with fries costs 1,210 yen (tax included). You can add a drink for an additional 110 yen. You pay with Suica at the counter before ordering. They give you a drink and a buzzer for when your order is ready. After a short wait, you pick up your order. The fries are crispy and come with ketchup and Sriracha sauce. The pickles are quite large and I ate them in between. The lobster roll is wrapped in a slice of bread and the lobster is cold and refreshing with a hint of lemon butter. The bread is light and crispy. It was delicious! It's more like a snack size, so maybe you'll need to eat two to be satisfied. It's good for those who just want a small bite. The portion size was 2oz, which is about 56.7g. I didn't realize it was such a small amount. There are no restrooms in the store, so you have to use nearby facilities. It's a bit inconvenient that a sandwich shop where you eat with your hands doesn't have a restroom. The indoor seating is good for a quick meal or takeout. There's only one staff member, so the tables aren't wiped down after each customer. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance. Well, I guess fast food places don't always wipe down tables.

It takes about 12 minutes to walk from Shibuya Station to the area near Jinnan. You can enjoy your meal at a table facing the road if the weather is nice, but the narrow road can feel crowded when cars pass by. The lobster dish had a generous portion, providing a satisfying meal. It is just the right amount for men, but women may find it challenging to finish one on their own.

I finally tried the lobster roll that I've been wanting to eat for a long time. Since the Ginza store closed, I found it in Shibuya and fulfilled my wish. First, its rarity. There aren't many places in Japan where you can eat a lobster roll, so it's definitely valuable. Next is the taste. It's not heavily seasoned, allowing the flavor of the lobster to shine through with just the right amount of seasoning. You can also try it with the accompanying sauce for a different taste. The only issue is the price. It's definitely a luxurious dish made with five lobster tails, but at 1600 yen, it's quite expensive. I wish it could be a bit more affordable. The size is also small, so there's room for improvement in terms of cost performance. It's something you'd want to try at least once, but maybe not more than that. Recommended for lobster lovers who can appreciate the value even at this price.

I took out the Lobster Roll Light (980 yen + tax) and enjoyed it at Yoyogi Park. It was a perfect day with a pleasant autumn weather, and the lobster roll was amazing! The buttery aroma and the firm texture of the lobster complemented each other well.

I've always wanted to go to Luke's Lobster because I love lobster. It was my first time and I ordered the classic dish. It seemed like there was a lot of butter in it, and the seasoning was a bit too strong, almost like a foreign flavor. The lobster was nice and firm. I prefer Japanese-style seasoning, maybe with ketchup or lemon flavor. But I guess it's understandable since it's not a Japanese restaurant. I hope they offer a menu tailored for Japanese customers. The price was a bit high because of the lobster. If it was a bit more affordable, I might go more often.

I wanted to eat a juicy lobster, so I ordered a lobster roll with potatoes and a popular menu item. It cost around 1300 yen. The bread was lukewarm and lacked crispiness. What is this? The lobster was cold and tasted like it had been in the fridge. There was no juiciness at all. The combination of the soggy bread and cold shrimp created a taste of unpleasantness! It only tasted like margarine spread on it, and it was disappointing. Honestly, it was no better than convenience store food.

I purchased a half-size portion. The lobster was juicy with a good amount of broth and had a nice flavor. It would be nice to enjoy it on a small bench or table outside on a sunny day. It's slightly on the expensive side, and the bread is not particularly delicious, which is a bit disappointing.

This is a lobster sandwich shop in Shibuya. I had my first experience as there was no wait when I passed by. The menu seemed a bit pricey, but looking at the photos, I understood why. The sandwich looked like it had a lot of filling and would be quite filling. After some deliberation, I ordered the half & half lobster and crab sandwich (tax included 1,738 yen) and a carbonated water (tax included 220 yen). My expectations were high, but in reality, there was a huge gap from the photos. The sandwich was small, and there was not much filling... especially the lobster, there were only a few pieces. The bread was crispy and buttery, and the taste was delicious, but there was a lack of lobster. I came for the lobster, but it felt like it was missing. There was no lobster taste. Thank you for the meal.

I was surprised that the location of the restaurant had changed. I'm glad it didn't close down! I compared the crab and lobster, and the lobster had firm meat and a delicious taste! I prefer lobster! I want to eat it again soon!

Lunch, takeout. I had always wanted to go there, but finally went for the first time! It's located right near the Udagawa-cho intersection, with an American-style exterior that's easy to spot. I ordered the Lobster Roll (US) and bisque soup. It cost 1560 yen, which is expensive, but the Lobster Roll was worth it. It looked small at first, but it was packed with lobster! It was so delicious, I felt really happy. The bread was semi-hard with a nice touch of olive oil. Even though it was pricey, I was satisfied with the quality. The bisque was also tasty. I wish it had a bit more richness, but it had plenty of lobster which made me happy. I'll probably go back for lunch again soon.

Today, I went to a restaurant in Shibuya where you can eat lobster sandwiches. Just the name lobster makes me excited! I've had it before, but I can't remember when was the last time... The restaurant had a cute sign with a lobster logo, making it easy to spot from the main street. Inside, there were three sets of small tables for two where you can dine in! I used a coupon from Tabelog for a free drink, so I chose ginger ale. There's something about bottled drinks that just makes you excited, even if the taste doesn't change, right? The lobster sandwich had a generous amount of meat packed between fluffy bread. The meat was thick and juicy, and you could taste the unique flavor of shellfish spreading in your mouth. The flavor was rich and delicious. The bread was slightly crispy on the outside but soft inside. The only downside was that, being lobster, the price was a bit high for the portion size. It might not be something you can easily justify unless you're feeling extravagant haha. Nevertheless, the taste was great! Thank you for the meal.【LUKE’S LOBSTER】Lobster RollGinger Ale (free coupon)¥173810 minutes walk from Shibuya Station Hachiko Square

During a walk in Harajuku, I finally decided to try it out. I ordered two Lobster Rolls for 1580 yen each. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft inside, very delicious. Even my kids who aren't used to eating lobster enjoyed it and ate it eagerly. You can taste plenty of lobster more than you'd expect! I would love to visit again when I'm in Harajuku.

There is a sandwich shop located about a 15-20 minute walk from Shibuya Station. I stopped by when I was in this area for work. I had been wanting to try the shop in Omotesando where there was always a long line, but I was able to buy from this shop right away! Although the sandwiches are a bit on the expensive side, I found the lobster sandwich to be very delicious with its juicy lobster meat. There is a park nearby, so buying sandwiches here and having lunch in the park could be a good idea!

I arrived around 7:00 pm. I didn't have to wait long to order. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I wasn't very hungry, so I opted for the lighter option. There was a decent amount of lobster in the roll, and it was served with some herbs on top, giving it a unique aroma that I personally enjoyed. The bread was soft and fresh, and paired well with the lobster. The lobster itself was tasty for the price. The portion size of the lobster roll alone was more like a snack, so getting a set for over 1500 yen might not be the best value. I'm not sure if I would come back, but it's worth trying at least once for the experience of enjoying lobster. There were many tourists at the location, and I was impressed that the staff could also speak English.
