I used to pass by this shop without paying much attention, but after reading online about a shop that used to have a stall at Hirano Shrine, I suddenly felt like trying it out. The takoyaki was undeniably delicious. For people of our generation, it's delightful to see the takoyaki served on a wooden boat. The yakisoba was also tasty, but personally, I found the sauce to be a bit too spicy. The tonpei-yaki, which is a rolled omelette with pork and cabbage, was different from what I knew as "tonpei," but it was still delicious. Overall, it was a delicious experience that I would want to repeat. Just be aware that it takes time as they start cooking after taking your order.
