I revisited this place, how many times have I come here (laughs). While watching the car navigation system's TV, I saw a show featuring Sakagami Shinno making a beef bowl. Ah, I also want to eat beef bowl after a long time. This day, I was too busy to have dinner and ended up coming here late at night. I bought a beef bowl special at the ticket machine and waited at my seat. The beef bowl was ready in no time, as expected! I added pickled ginger, a little shichimi spice, and soy sauce, and enjoyed it! It had been a while since I had eaten a beef bowl. It's something irresistible, just like Sakagami Shinno (laughs). While I was immersed in my meal, an old man sat next to me. He didn't use the ticket machine and just said, "Give me rice," and the staff said, "It's 160 yen." Rice was quickly served to the seat next to me, followed by miso soup. Wow, they even serve rice alone with miso soup at Matsuya, amazing! I was impressed and finished my meal satisfied. It was so cheap! I left the restaurant and went home on my beloved bicycle. Thank you for the meal. ===========
I felt hungry late at night, so I quietly decided to have a beef bowl with miso soup at Matsuya. The restaurant was very busy, and the staff seemed rushed. I ordered a regular beef bowl and a raw egg. Soon, the plate was delivered to me. It had been a while since I had eaten there, so I was looking forward to it. I decided to skip the red pickled ginger this time and just enjoy the standard taste. However, when I took a bite, it was spicy! Was it always like this? It felt like the soy sauce flavor was overpowering the sweetness, and it was just too spicy. I also ordered the egg, hoping it would help, but it didn't make it any tastier. I used the miso soup to dilute the flavor and turned it into a beef soup, but that was a mistake. I managed to finish the meal with a sense of disappointment. I left the restaurant feeling a bit let down. It might have been just that day. I'll try going back next time. Thank you for the meal.
