I had a long-awaited drink of draft beer that hadn't been cleaned, or draft beer that had been opened for more than 4 days. It's a pity that the beer company is crying. It's fatal for a yakitori restaurant to have disappointing draft beer. The yakitori is delicious, but if the draft beer doesn't go well, I don't feel like eating. It was disappointing because I was curious about the restaurant.

Friday 5:50 PM, I visited Toriyaki Otori for the first time. There was one group of customers before me, so I sat at the counter. I knew the restaurant had opened recently, but I was waiting for the right time to visit when alcohol was served. I ordered the "Otsukaresama Set" for 1,100 yen, which included a drink, one dish, and four skewers, along with a medium-sized draft beer. The beer and appetizers (hijiki and potato salad) arrived quickly. The appetizers cost 330 yen. I realized that it's common for izakayas to serve appetizers. The one dish I chose was edamame, seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of salt. The skewers were cooked well, not too hot, and enjoyable. I thought it would be nice to have some wasabi or condiments on the side. If I had ordered everything separately, it would have cost me 1,490 yen, so the set menu didn't make a big difference in price due to the complimentary appetizers. I like the convenience of ordering a set and having everything served together. It was a satisfying meal. They also offer lunch, which I am curious to try next time when it's less crowded.
