Located east of Omiya Kotsu Koen, this pool bar is highly regarded by neighbors at night, where the cool master serves cocktails and dishes. The spacious interior is chic with monochrome floors, charcoal tables, and a playful corner with billiards. I visited during the day and enjoyed a pan lunch (weekly assorted dishes, salad, bread, coffee for 600 yen) in a safe environment with COVID-19 precautions. The healthy and delicious meal included mustard sauce pork, renkon hijiki, sweet potato with anko, carrot salad, almond and paprika salad, and persimmon with French dressing. They also sell various bread like bagels, French anpan, Heidi's white bread, walnut bread, and fromage. The bread is made with natural ingredients without additives. I bought a loaf and it was a hit at home, similar to Grandir's bread but lighter and delicious with butter or jam. I look forward to visiting again.

On the way from the bus stop to the Mikuraya shop, I came across a dining bar that seemed to serve delicious food. It appeared that they sell their special natural yeast bread twice a week. On this particular day, it was a sales day, and there were several lined up near the entrance of the shop. I chose "Heidi's White Bread" that caught my eye and tried it. They also included a pamphlet about bread in the bag. It seems that they carefully select ingredients to make bread that customers can enjoy with peace of mind. The bread I got was about the size of a 4-inch cake, densely packed with pure white dough. When we ate it, we sliced it radially like a cake, and it had a unique tangy taste from the natural yeast. It was easy to enjoy when reheated with cheese on top. Thank you for the meal~.
