This time it's the Kumamoto-Miyazaki Fair~(*^▽^*) When it comes to Miyazaki, it's all about chicken♪ I love chicken meat♪ I wonder what they have here~(ノ´∀`*) There are various local specialties. There was Kumamon ramen, snacks, and more. However, I went for the chicken meat!! There are various specialty items available. I bought the Kumamoto-Miyazaki Chicken Bento for 598 yen♪ and the Chicken Thigh Nanban for 298 yen♪ The bento is a combination of specialties, so... the Chicken Thigh Nanban uses thigh meat, which is rare in Kyushu, so I had to try it~(゜∇^d)! The bento includes Chicken Breast Nanban, Charcoal-grilled Chicken Thigh, simmered dish with tofu, rice topped with shredded egg, spicy lotus root, and pickled greens. The taste... Chicken Breast Nanban is light and juicy♪ It's soft but has a juicy texture. The Charcoal-grilled Chicken Thigh has a smoky aroma♪ It's delicious~(ノ´∀`*) The pickled greens are decent in taste... The spicy lotus root is perfect for pairing with alcohol (〃^ー^〃) The simmered dish is a bit too strong for my taste (/ー ̄;) But it's understandable for a bento, right? I enjoyed the specialties of Kyushu~(゜∇^d)! The Chicken Thigh Nanban is rare!! The taste... incredibly juicy♪ It's full of meat juices! The crispy coating with spicy sauce and plenty of tartar sauce is the ultimate combination♪ It's incredibly delicious (/≧◇≦\) I can't get enough♪ It's not healthy, but I love it~(*^▽^*) I was very satisfied with the new taste♪ Today, I came to buy my favorite things~(゜∇^d)! I bought the Linehart Salami Green Pepper 170g from Tengu Ham for 513 yen. When you think of salami, you might imagine something light and soft, right? That's not the case!! This salami is pre-seasoned with green pepper and has a firm texture!! The green pepper is abundant but unlike black pepper, it has a fresh and pleasant taste♪ It's perfect for pairing with alcohol or wine! It has a premium taste (*^▽^*) It's often overshadowed by sausages, but it's worth trying. Be sure to give it a try. At the Koyo store in Kitaoji Vivre, they regularly sell local specialties and delicacies from various regions under the name "UmaKamon"♪ This time it's UmaKamon from Tohoku~(゜∇^d)! Yamagata's Dashi for 248 yen. I've been hearing this name a lot lately! It includes finely chopped cucumbers, my favorite ingredients like myoga and dried kelp, so I decided to buy it right away! When I got home, I tasted it immediately...! Σ( ̄□ ̄;) It's salty... too salty... It looks delicious but... it's too salty... I can't eat it. One spoonful can season a whole bowl of rice!! It's cost-effectiveヾ(@゜▽゜@)ノ Maybe it's because Tohoku is cold? Or is it to extend the shelf life? The taste of myoga is also missing... The dried kelp is strong and sticky!! I won't be buying it again (;∀;) Kagoshima's Black Pork Miso I'm not a fan of miso in general, but I've been hearing about this a lot lately, so I was curious and bought it♪ It's not as miso-heavy as I thought♪ It doesn't feel greasy either!! It's rich in flavor, but you only need a little. It goes well with vegetable sticks♪ None of the ingredients are overpowering. It has quite a good taste! It was a pleasant surprise♪ Nagasaki's Aosa Nori (fresh) Lately, they've been selling seaweed that's sweet... I wanted to try the old-fashioned salty seaweed~ so I bought it♪ It's delicious m(。≧Д≦。)m Aosa is a seaweed I love! It's a bit pricey, so that's tough... It's not too spicy or sweet, just the right amount of saltiness♪ It's the first of the fresh batch♪ It will last a long time.
