I visited without a reservation. There were about 6 table seats and 8 counter seats, but most were reserved due to the holiday. Luckily, I arrived early and was seated at a table. The service was very polite and friendly. The restaurant specializes in yakitori, sashimi, and wine, and they were indeed delicious.

When you enter the alley near Daimaru, you will find a stylish exterior but a calm and mature atmosphere inside the restaurant. There are table seats as well as standing drinking spaces, making it versatile. The place was very lively, perhaps due to being newly opened. Wine - I ordered both red and white, and the sommelier asked for feedback on the wine I had first and recommended a delicious wine. It was surprising how accurate his recommendation was, making me wonder, "How did he know!?" Professionals are indeed different. Italian salad - as an appetizer. Sashimi - each piece was elaborately prepared and fresh, probably including sea urchin. Sweet. Delicious. And at 650 yen, it's great value. Sushi to pair with wine - new and visually appealing sushi. Each piece had various ingredients, allowing me to enjoy different flavors and textures, making it a satisfying wine accompaniment. Yakitori (various parts) - the liver was surprisingly soft and tender, cooked but with a rare smooth texture. It was delicious! I also tried momo and bonjiri, each with a unique seasoning that highlighted the flavor of each part, making them all very tasty. Occasionally, the staff brought freshly grilled skewers directly to our plates. Vegetable bagna cauda - included rare vegetables that I don't usually eat, and each one was juicy and delicious, making it an endless enjoyment. Mozuku tempura - served with pink salt. The contrast of green and pink was beautiful. Despite being seaweed, the tempura had a chewy texture, allowing me to enjoy the texture of mozuku. Okinawa agu pork seared sukiyaki - the sweet fat of the pork was my favorite. When dipped in egg yolk, it became even richer and delicious. I even used the leftover egg yolk to eat with the yakitori sauce. I ended up ordering many dishes, but each one offered good value for money, allowing us to share and enjoy a variety of dishes. The flavors were delicious, with a mix of new seasonings added to a tasty base. The open atmosphere and the sense of being able to see the cooking process made it feel upscale yet casual, creating a unique and wonderful dining experience. I had a fulfilling meal. Thank you!

I forgot to take a photo, but the yakitori was delicious! The sashimi was also good value for money, which made me happy. I look forward to going again next time with some wine!

I went with my colleagues. We drank quite a bit but I think it's good value for money. We mainly ordered yakitori and the food was decent.

I visited around 9pm on a Friday night looking for a place to have some wine and snacks. The atmosphere was classy and different from Masoho in front of Kyoto Station, with a wide selection of wines. It seems like a great place for a first stop too.

It is a restaurant that serves wine, fish, yakitori, and original dishes. The interior has a counter, table seats, and standing space. When I visited on a Friday, it was full.
