This cute couple happened to come across this shop while shopping and decided to check it out since they were already full. They found everything delicious and enjoyed it. However, the wife didn't talk to us much. Not sure if she was shy or just didn't like tourists.

I visited in mid-June. I found this restaurant by chance while walking around Pontocho. The obanzai, sashimi, and ochazuke were all delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also great, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had some obanzai at a shop in Pontocho, Kyoto, where there were few foreign tourists. The young proprietress cooked the food and the young master served it, making a great team. The cream cheese marinated in rose wine-like sake "Ine Mankai" was a perfect match, reminiscent of a Western appetizer. All in all, it was a wonderful restaurant run by a lovely young couple.

It seems like a new restaurant that has been open for a month. It is run by a young couple. The wife looked lovely in her traditional Japanese cooking attire. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing and enjoyable. I wanted to eat obanzai, so I visited, and everything was delicious and I was very satisfied! Just being there makes you feel happy. The atmosphere makes you want to talk and enjoy yourself. Of course, the delicious drinks and food were amazing. The ambiance was charming and everything was perfect. And on top of that, the place called Tanpopo was wonderful.
