Yes, I came to Kyoto again~♪ This time I was taken to a restaurant called Yasukawa in Gion Shijo, Kyoto! The Kyoto oden was delicious~♪ And the obanzai dishes were also very tasty! I didn't take many photos, so I only have a picture of the oden, but it was a really great restaurant!

The casual atmosphere makes it easy to drop in☺️ I enjoyed daikon and thick fried tofu, and the dashi broth was indeed gentle as expected from Kyoto-style oden✨ They also have a great selection of side dishes! From sashimi to grilled fish, okara stir-fry, and dashimaki tamago, there is plenty to choose from. The lively atmosphere in the restaurant makes you feel comfortable and you may lose track of time haha. It's a great place to enjoy delicious food and drinks at a reasonable price‼️

I visited the new restaurant at their new location. The oden and small dishes are still incredibly delicious. Originally located in Sueyoshi-cho, it was a long-standing standing shop that was renovated into a restaurant, with a very charming exterior and interior. Nice!

Yasukawa-san, I thought you disappeared from Sueyoshi-cho, but you moved, I see. I didn't know. I came seeking the taste of old times. Oh, there's an old lady here. I ate nostalgic oden, tender suji, egg, daikon, chikuwa, and croquette. It was delicious! Has the taste changed? Have I forgotten the past? I don't know anymore. Anyway, it was delicious! A well-known restaurant in Gion has made a comeback. The beloved Yasukawa, which closed its doors a few years ago, has miraculously reopened on a wealthy street. Despite being in Gion, the prices are surprisingly affordable, and everything you eat is delicious. The daikon radish and beef tendon in the oden are a must-try.
