I was always curious about that place I could see from the rooftop of SIX, the building behind it. It seemed a bit shady, right? Today, I had a lovely martini at Mori Bar Gran in the middle of the day, with my dear friend M. We made a reservation through Tabelog as usual and went there. The set menu included seafood and meat lasagna for 2,800 yen, and today's pasta set for 2,900 yen, with our choice of drinks and snacks included. Mori Bar is known for its martini, and my friend had champagne. It was so lovely and glamorous. The rooftop bar is amazing during the day, with a view of Tokyo Tower and the Shiodome buildings. It was still a hidden gem, with almost no other customers. We could choose between bolognese and anchovy pepperoncino pasta, and I went with the anchovy to avoid overlapping with the lasagna. The 12th-floor interior was also beautiful, but we also enjoyed the bar counter on the 13th floor, where we had our cocktails made. It was so luxurious and uplifting. The lunch was a bit pricey, but with a 1,000 yen charge for the view, and considering the champagne and martini prices, it was actually quite reasonable for the value of the experience. The food was from the Italian restaurant downstairs, and although it was simple, it was quite tasty. The service from the staff was attentive and caring, making us feel very welcome. Despite the staff being worried about us having martinis in the middle of the day, it was all good. The drinks were delicious. I would love to try other cocktails next time. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Mori Bar Gran is open on weekends too, so it's worth visiting on a sunny day.==========
