Located just a 1-2 minute walk from the Kamigamo Omiya Bridge bus stop and within walking distance from Kamigamo Shrine, this place attracts a lot of students. The restaurant has a clean and stylish interior with private rooms and tatami seating, and the seating arrangement allows for easy conversation. The menu offers a variety of dishes priced at almost 500 yen or less each, such as Manjanshi peppers, salmon carpaccio, sashimi, various salads, premium beef steak, and sushi assortments. The drink menu includes a wide selection of local sake, sours, beers, soft drinks, and more. For groups of 2 or more, you can choose one salad from a selection as a complimentary appetizer. The salads include a creamy yam and shrimp salad and a crispy chicken salad with ponzu sauce. The Kyoto-style rolled omelette is subtly sweet due to mirin, making it a good accompaniment to your meal. While the sashimi and sushi may not be the best in terms of quantity and freshness, the various rice dishes like chicken, sea bream, scallop, salmon and salmon roe, clam and plum, crab, and pork belly are recommended for a satisfying end to your meal. Although I have not personally tried it, the all-you-can-eat and drink option is priced at 3200 yen, which seems like a great deal. Surprisingly, it includes endless drinks starting from 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. The drink selection includes beer, sours, cocktails, highballs, and fruit jars, making it appealing for those who enjoy a good drink.
