After visiting the Kyocera Museum of Art, I searched on Tabelog for a place to eat and decided to visit this restaurant. It was during a popular exhibition period in Okazaki, so I was prepared for the crowds on a Saturday, but we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to get a table. I ordered a pasta dish with red shrimp in tomato sauce, basil, smoked herring roe, and mozzarella, along with a pumpkin soup, sweet sake, and coffee bean dessert. My companion ordered the spicy curry with pork cutlet (no photo). The combinations of ingredients were unique and the flavors were amazing. The setting of the restaurant was stylish and natural, which complemented the art-inspired mood after visiting the exhibition. The price for lunch was around 2500-3000 yen per person, making it a good value for the quality of food. It felt like a cafe but with the ambiance of a restaurant, making it just right for a post-art exhibition meal.

I had the special spice curry with charcoal-grilled confit chicken thigh and Bistro Plus salad with special dressing. The chicken was tender and easy to eat, with crispy skin that paired well with the curry. The curry had a strong flavor and was satisfying. The vegetables were colorful, and the soft-boiled egg was a nice touch. The salad was full of ingredients, and the crunchy pickles added a nice texture. I visited for lunch during cherry blossom viewing, but I look forward to trying the dinner course next time. The stylish atmosphere of the restaurant, which is a renovated Kyoto townhouse, and the friendly staff made the experience even better.

I visited a new bistro that opened on a street where there are often long lines at Yamamoto Menkura and Okakita. The atmosphere of the restaurant looked very nice from the outside, so I decided to have lunch there. The curry and potatoes were particularly delicious. The pasta was average in my opinion. The burdock soup was also impressive.

Salad course main dish is tomato, shrimp, linguine for 2400 yen. Service and taste were both...

When I asked for chicken confit, they brought me pork cutlet instead (laughs). The sparkling wine was a bit disappointing too.

While gazing at the torii gate of Heian Shrine, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at a charming bistro with beautiful artwork inside. I ordered the hamburger set, and when I cut into it, the juicy meat and flavorful taste left me completely satisfied.
