I was able to enjoy a luxurious and extravagant array of dishes that were well worth the lunch course price of 11,000 yen. First, the three types of appetizers of the day. Each dish was beautifully presented with wonderful colors. The creative hamburger was particularly impressive, and the flavor that spread in my mouth as soon as I took a bite was excellent. The Wagyu beef yakiniku and shabu-shabu were incredibly tender and juicy, with juices overflowing with every bite. Furthermore, the Wagyu beef thick-cut tongue had a texture that seemed to melt on the tongue, it was amazing. The Omi beef torotaku melted in the mouth as soon as it was eaten, and the flavor of the meat was luxurious. Placing it on a lemon and squeezing it to eat also added to the luxuriousness. Additionally, the Wagyu beef yakiniku charcoal-grilled and Kama rice cooked in clay pot were exceptional, with a high-quality taste that allowed the flavor of the beef to be directly felt. The grilled shabu sirloin had a soft texture and an elegant flavor. The dish of Hitsu-mabushi cooked in clay pot by oneself, called "Hitsu-mabushi with tea pickles," was unique. When eaten, the aroma of tea spread gently, and the texture of the rice was exquisite. Lastly, the brulee of Japan's most high-quality egg, "Sujitamago," was served. The rich and creamy taste was so delicious that it was indescribable. The Yakiniku Course at "Yakiniku Gyoshou Shin" was truly an amazing dining experience. The Omi beef Chateaubriand, Wagyu beef thick-cut tongue, Wagyu beef premium harami, Omi beef thigh, each had different meat quality and flavors, captivating the heart of a gourmet lover like me, and all the dishes were of high quality, making me feel the value exceeds the price ❤️ For those who want to fully enjoy the umami of beef, this is definitely a recommended restaurant!………………………………………………………………………………✅Want to experience the taste of authentic food at least once✅Want to try a high cost-performance lunch✅Want to be impressed if you're going to indulge✅Recommended for dating use.
