This is a takeout specialty store, not a restaurant. However, it's safe to say that the fried chicken here is one of the best in Kyoto for me. What's great is that even when it cools down, it still tastes amazing. They sell various items like fried chicken, chicken cutlet, and grilled chicken, but I'll introduce two of my favorites. The Chinese-flavored fried chicken has perfect meat quality, taste, and price. It's still delicious even when it cools down. The fried chicken skin is another favorite of mine. I like to sprinkle plenty of green onions and asatsuki on it, then pour on some "Momipon" sauce (look it up if you don't know it). It's so delicious! It's a type of "torikawa ponzu" but different from what you find elsewhere. There's a really delicious chicken meat shop nearby, but since it's a food store, I won't mention it. However, there are places that use their ingredients to make fried chicken, so should I introduce those as well?
