The cucumber rolls with wasabi are quite tasty. The toppings for the chirashi sushi, such as octopus and eel, were also of good quality.

The softshell turtle hot pot was delicious. It was my first time trying it, so I was a bit nervous, but I was surprised by how tasty the broth was.

What I like about this sushi place is the "temari sushi," which are mini-sized sushi. They were created so that geisha in Kyoto could have one bite sized sushi. The round sushi lined up neatly looks very cute. And they taste delicious, which is why I like them. Also, the sea bream miso soup here has a rich and fragrant broth. I got addicted to miso soup for a while because of the miso soup here. However, I couldn't find any place better than this. The prices are high, as it is a high-end sushi place, so I don't think it's something you can have frequently. But even if it's just occasionally, I think you can feel happy by having sushi here. By the way, they also offer delivery, where they deliver sushi in lacquerware containers to your home, along with other dishes like chawanmushi. However, I think it's better to eat at the restaurant, as the atmosphere adds to the deliciousness.
