I had lunch. It was a 7,000 yen course, but I was full. I was able to feel the early autumn through the dishes and was impressed. The restaurant is not spacious, but there is a counter and tables, so I could enjoy the food slowly. I would like to visit again after visiting the museum. Thank you very much.

It was nice, so I decided to have dinner at an overseas restaurant tomorrow. After thinking about it, I chose the stuffed cabbage rolls, which seemed to be the specialty on the menu. I had pork steak with stuffed cabbage rolls, and also ordered a highball. The rice was served in a small bowl. It was a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine, a bit difficult to eat. Thank you for the meal!

I had a bad experience in September. I was expecting French and Japanese cuisine, but it wasn't that great. The food was okay, but it was quite expensive even though I didn't drink much alcohol. The staff didn't say a word and didn't have good chemistry, making the atmosphere unpleasant. The place was clean, but I mistook it for the well-established Hanakagami. Be careful when making a reservation at Unno Tsukihotel. Be cautious of similar establishments.

The restaurant offers a perfect mix of Japanese and French cuisine, focusing on seasonal ingredients and serving small portions of delicious dishes. The owner, Mr. Nakagami, is a delightful person with a great personality, and I have known him since his time at Takumi Okumura. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with flowers, dishes, glasses, and even the restroom, all in a style that I love. When I visited with a friend, we requested caviar, so we started with caviar mousse, although I think the traditional course starts with an appetizer. The beautifully presented Christmas-themed appetizer was delightful. The food was delicious, but the portions were a bit on the larger side, almost reaching the limit before we could finish. Also, I didn't take a photo, but the green tea we chose at the end was incredibly delicious! The owner explained something about it, but it was a while ago, so I forgot. I look forward to visiting again soon. ♡

I visited this lovely Japanese restaurant while attending a forum at The Westin Tokyo hotel during a business trip. The set course menu was excellent, starting with a beautiful floral arrangement on the plate. Each dish was carefully prepared and the sake selection was also impressive. The restaurant was new and I had a great time there. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The collaboration between Japanese dashi and French cuisine is truly amazing. The refined ingredients, presentation, serving vessels, and drinks all have a good balance.

This time we had a lunch course, mainly using dashi in the dishes, including seasonal bamboo shoots, sashimi, meat, and desserts from the patissier, all of which were excellent. We also had sake and wine served to match the dishes, making it a fantastic meal. I left Tokyo in a great mood.

Senior sommelier and sake expert, also a chef with great skills. After training at Seiyo Kappo Okumura, he went to France and then returned to Gion Takumi Okumura before opening this restaurant last year. Lunch prices range from ¥5000 to ¥15000. This time, I visited for lunch.
- Octopus, mizuna, and udo with mustard and miso dressing
- Shrimp, yam stem, and lotus root with sesame dressing
- Crab and okra with crab vinegar dressing
- Tai fish roe jelly with sansho pepper
- Sake-steamed tilefish with mugwort gluten and fava beans
- Akashi sea bream salad with vinegar and wasabi dressing
- Roasted Omi beef with new onion sauce
- Ninejo green onion tofu omelette with asparagus
- Steamed new potato puree with Mie shellfish, scallop, and steamed abalone
- Omi rice with red wine-infused ginger
- Homemade pickles
- Baguette, focaccia, olive oil, seaweed butter
- Cherry and loquat clafoutis with matcha ice cream
- Petit fours: mugwort cookies, yuzu meringue, green pea and sweet bean pound cake
- Uji premium gyokuro with coffee (Ethiopia)
I had the gyokuro at the counter and had a nice chat with the chef. He seemed like a good person. It might be the deciding factor for some people.

I went for lunch. The location is a bit inconvenient. It's not too bad if you decide to go, but when it comes to shopping and deciding where to eat, it's a difficult place to choose. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice. The restroom is also clean. As for the taste of the food, everything is delicious. Each dish is well thought out. However, I can't quite put my finger on it, but it feels like the dishes lack a punch. They also seem to lack distinctive features. It feels a bit of a waste even though the food is tasty. As for the presentation of the dishes, it's a bit lacking. Bringing them to the table from the front is a bit questionable. I feel like there could be a dramatic improvement if some changes were made.

We enjoyed a combination of seasonal kaiseki dishes and French-inspired cuisine, along with recommended sake and wine by the owner chef. The dishes showcased the flavors of Kyoto's seasonal ingredients, and each dish was beautifully presented in unique tableware. The owner, Mr. Nakagami, holds qualifications as a sake sommelier and senior sommelier, adding to the overall experience. Despite coming from Tokyo, this was our second visit this month, and we look forward to the surprises that each dish will bring.
