Recently, there are rumors about a sushi chain restaurant that is rapidly expanding. I decided to check it out shortly after it opened. The parking lot was full and chaotic, with cars waiting for spaces. Inside, the traffic flow was chaotic and there was chaos everywhere, with the security guard being of no help. People were shouting at each other, expressing their frustration. It was interesting to see the diverse customer base in the area, and it's great to see the new restaurant thriving. The restaurant was packed with a large crowd of people. I had made a reservation because I dislike waiting, and I was immediately seated after giving my reservation number to Pepper-kun. The waiting area was filled with families and children who had been waiting for about 100 minutes, and some were getting impatient. The restaurant was new, so everything was brand new and clean. After customers left, the staff kneeled down to wipe the tables clean. Despite the chaos caused by the large number of customers, the staff remained calm and polite in their service. The tables, however, were left messy by the previous customers, but I didn't mind. I was eager to see what kind of sushi they had. Surprisingly, there was no sushi rotating on a conveyor belt. It seemed that everything was ordered through a touch panel system, which was difficult to use and slow. Ordering sushi felt like a workout. I didn't mind. The sushi I ordered arrived smoothly on a conveyor belt. It was a pleasant experience. The frozen tuna in the tuna assortment was quite frozen, but the taste was average, similar to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants. The assortment of three types of shellfish was enjoyable to try out. The taste of the shellfish was quite good. The tuna belly was delicious with a slightly firm texture and a rich tuna flavor. It would be nice if this could be a regular menu item at Sushiro. The deep-fried tuna with shiso leaves was tasty, but it absorbed too much oil, making it too greasy for some people. The chocolate cake was delicious. The rich chocolate was delightful. The presentation of the whipped cream was very neat and tidy. Despite the chaos, the kitchen staff did a meticulous job. I enjoyed my meal for a while, and then the soy sauce bottle that should have been on the table arrived on the conveyor belt. It seemed like a customer had placed it there as a joke. Nearby, a family with children kept making loud noises and comparing the restaurant to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants. It was a lively atmosphere, and it provided a glimpse into the local customer base. I didn't mind. The chaos at the new restaurant was expected, but the all-order system was a bit inconvenient. The touch panel was difficult to use and tiring due to its high position. The customer base was in line with the prices, but the taste was just average, so it would be better if the system improved. Overall, the new restaurant seemed to be attracting customers who used to go to Sushiro, so it was a relief for them. Congratulations on the new restaurant. Goodbye.
