I went after hearing from a friend that it was quite delicious. Well, considering the price, it's not super cheap, but I think it's a chain restaurant that is quite good at business. The carbonara with lots of cheese and the doria with lots of cheese were both okay.

I witnessed a post on Instagram about dining alone at Saizeriya and couldn't get it out of my head, so I visited here in the evening. I ordered the garlic-grilled mussels, Friuli-style frico, and wine. The casualness of wine being only 100 yen a glass is dangerous. The wine, imported directly from Italy, doesn't taste like it at all. The wine and dishes arrived in 5-10 minutes. The mussels were large without any fishy smell, and the garlic wasn't overpowering, with minced onions and a sweet Western-style sauce complementing it well. The Friuli-style frico was like mashed potatoes instead of rice in a gratin, with the cheese on top stretching and stretching. It seems that in restaurants, not only the skills of the chefs but also various other skills such as communication (public relations) and management are crucial. There are even Michelin-listed restaurant owners who continue to work part-time to learn from Saizeriya's approach. I was worried if it would be okay to go alone, but it was totally fine. VIVA! Saizeriya! (I'm almost completely brainwashed).

I visited the restaurant around 18:50 on a regular day. I was seated right away. - Grilled Salsiccia: The Lefer sauce with Western wasabi and cream, with added vegetables, was a bit too strong with wasabi for my taste, so I couldn't finish it. I wanted to eat the vegetables mixed in, but ended up leaving them. It was delicious when eaten with the sausage. - Milan-style Doria: It was delicious and piping hot. The portion size was just right for ordering two dishes. The yellow rice was appetizing.
