KUISINBOU侍
I visited around 6:00 pm alone. It is located on the west side of Shijo Shinkyogoku. This is a revolving sushi chain operated by the seafood wholesaler Daiki Suisan. Established in 1975 as a seafood wholesaler. Fresh seafood, especially from Sakaiminato in Tottori Prefecture, is delivered to the stores on the same day through a distribution system, ensuring excellent freshness. Here are some menu items:
- Plate for 100 yen (tax included 110 yen): tuna, squid, squid legs, sweet shrimp, egg, pickled eggplant, hamburger, mixed inari, corn salad, tuna salad, okra and dried bonito, natto, squid natto, pickled radish roll, cucumber roll, cucumber and shiso roll, plum and shiso roll, kampyo roll

- Bluefin tuna collar fatty tuna (one piece) 500 yen (tax included 550 yen)
Overall, I enjoyed the various flavors of tuna. It was fortunate that the Ise tuna fair was being held. Ise tuna is a brand tuna from Ine Town in Kyoto, where the bluefin tuna caught in the Sea of Japan during the summer is fattened until winter to enhance its value. It is semi-aquaculture, so it is said to be close to natural.
