A steakhouse called Steak Revolution Kyoto has opened in Kyoto's Pontocho district, serving charcoal-grilled Kobe beef and Wagyu steak. The restaurant is produced by a former deputy chef from a Michelin three-star French restaurant in Paris and the French Embassy in Tokyo. They carefully select only the finest Kobe beef and Wagyu to grill over charcoal. They also offer Japanese whisky, craft gin, wine, and sake for pairing.
