Hexagon Street is now home to many interesting bars, almost like a concept bar. One of the bars that is trending on Instagram is "After School Dagashi Bar A-55 Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi Store," which offers a concrete-like atmosphere and is filled with fun gacha-gacha items. Another unique bar is the "Concrete Bar," where you can party hard until morning surrounded by a concrete-like interior. And then there's this muscle resort (lol) themed bar. I've always been curious about it as I pass by, and my female friends were eager to go, so I tagged along. Women are welcomed with a princess carry from the entrance (you can decline, but most women are carried like princesses from the entrance to their seats, causing some traffic jams, haha). Some may like it, some may not. There's a fresh-squeezed shochu highball that the muscle guys will crush for you. I forgot the exact price, but it's quite expensive. It's like a show, but for the price, it was a bit too much, haha. I followed along this time because the girl I was with wanted to go, but I think I'll decline next time, haha. When you enter, women are carried to their seats like princesses. There was a peanut appetizer to set the mood. The seating included regular chairs as well as exercise machines doubling as seats. The main customers were women. The interior darkened as a signal that the event was starting. People were getting wall-slammed and opening wine bottles without a corkscrew. There was a lot of talk about being "macho." The food was quite ordinary. It could make for some good stories.

I don't particularly like macho men, but I visited this restaurant again after having a good time there a few times before. I want to share some disappointments I felt during my recent visit. When you arrive, they greet you cheerfully and guide you to your table, just like before. However, when you try to order, they tell you that the only option is a 1-hour all-you-can-drink for 3000 yen (excluding tax). This can be shocking for those who have been there before and are used to different options. Also, they have discontinued certain fun activities like "wall slam" due to legal issues. Despite the delicious cocktails and friendly staff, the time limit and lack of some enjoyable features made me feel rushed and a bit disappointed. They are expanding to Shinsaibashi in December, but I personally prefer the previous atmosphere. However, for first-time visitors, it can still be a fun experience. I may visit again when I need a pick-me-up, even though there were some sad changes.

It sounded like cheering at a bodybuilding competition, praising the muscles of the staff. The main customers were female groups and couples. The interior of the restaurant is not very spacious, and there are some small training equipment like dumbbells and wrist strengtheners. The atmosphere is a bit intense if you're sober, but it was fun. The women were getting excited about things like piggyback rides.
