The Umaibo (delicious stick) was a great start, and the portion of the dishes was very satisfying. On top of that, we had a 3-hour all-you-can-drink option for only 5000 yen with a 1000 yen discount, making it a great deal for our party. The fact that the organizer dines for free was also much appreciated! There are many izakayas out there, but I think this one is the best in terms of cost performance where you can have a blast and drink comfortably with everyone. The staff even took a photo with us old guys, all smiles. 😂😂

At Gyuutan Keisuke near Daimaru on Karasuma Street in Kyoto, the staff accidentally spilled octopus wasabi on our table and didn't clean it up properly. We had to clean it up ourselves. Also, the highballs we ordered were always weak even though we asked for them strong.

We chose this restaurant for a group gathering because it seemed easy to get into and safe for a first meeting. It was a spacious, reasonably priced, traditional izakaya with a drink all-you-can option for 600 yen. The drinks were basic, so ordering individually might be more cost-effective depending on the type and amount you drink. We ordered mainly chicken dishes as there was a chicken lover in our group. The food tasted as expected. This kind of place is convenient for larger groups as it provides a good atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

For those who love drinking, this place is irresistible. You can drink at cost price. Asahi Super Dry is 212 yen, and a small cup of sake is around 100 yen. All-you-can-drink is 660 yen (excluding sake? Confirm this). Amazing value for money. However, the food is... a bit pricey. Let's forgive them for that.

I went shopping at Daimaru and decided to have a light lunch at Keisuke, a casual izakaya. This time, I had the Negi Shio Tan set meal. The thinly sliced beef tongue was delicious with its salt seasoning, and the portion of rice was generous. The meal also came with salad and a hot spring egg. Since it's a cost-price izakaya, the drinks were very affordable. I also ordered a draft beer and enjoyed a delightful lunch. Izakaya lunches are always a great deal and so tasty, I can't get enough of them.

We used it for the after-graduation party. There was a person with allergies among the users, but they dealt with it carefully. We were also happy with the surprise plate (^_^)

We were a group of 5 people and spent around 33,000 yen. It was a Friday, so we had to strictly stick to the 2-hour time limit. The restaurant was full, which made the atmosphere a bit chaotic.
