I remembered eating soft serve ice cream when I bought honey before. Since it's a honey shop, the vanilla soft serve has honey in it. The drink they serve while making it is delicious, the honey I bought is delicious too, and the soft serve ice cream with a honey flavor is really tasty. When I went to Kumamoto Prefecture, I think there was a bee farm called "Mitsubachi Bokujou" with a museum, and seeing that makes honey taste even better.

I love honey. It's great on bread, as a secret ingredient in cooking, or even in tea. Some people even use it as a face mask. When I pass by a honey specialty store, I can't help but go in. There's a Kumamoto-based store called Sugi Bee Farm in Nishiki Market. I remember ordering propolis from them online before. I bought some pure ripe honey and soybean flour. It's normal for honey to crystallize and solidify when stored at low temperatures, it doesn't mean it's gone bad. I randomly bought the soybean flour, but it turned out to be really delicious. The soybeans are wrapped in plenty of soybean flour, giving it a fragrant and soft texture that tastes great. Since I mentioned going to Kyoto, I have to bring back souvenirs, right? The reviews were good.

While exploring Kyoto, I entered a honey soft serve shop that I had been curious about. The staff let me try a honey drink with flavors like mango, kyoho grape, and blueberry. I chose the mango flavor, which was not too sweet but had a subtly sweet and refreshing taste. The kyoho grape flavor was also delicious. I didn't end up buying anything, but I'm thinking of getting the mango honey drink next time I visit. While I was sampling the drink, they also wrapped a honey soft serve for me. It was too fast that I couldn't keep up with drinking it, haha. The smoothness of the vanilla with the sweetness of the honey was really tasty. I definitely want to go back again!

I passed by this shop during the Gion Festival in Kyoto. It seemed to be a honey shop with a beautiful appearance. I spotted a flag for honey soft serve ice cream, so I decided to buy one for 300 yen. The soft serve was rich in honey flavor and quite delicious. It seemed to be a popular shop as customers were buying soft serve one after another. There are a few benches near the entrance where you can sit. Since it's a honey shop, they offer honey drinks for tasting inside. These drinks are also very tasty, like yuzu honey drink and Kyoho grape honey drink, which you can buy for 200 yen. It's like fast food drinks, but you can enjoy the taste of honey. I was feeling like I might collapse from the heat, but this honey power gave me energy. I highly recommend this shop.

At this takeout place, they sell soft serve ice cream with honey in it. They have a mix of matcha and vanilla, as well as other flavors. My impression after trying it was that the soft serve was refreshing with a hint of honey lingering in the aftertaste. The matcha flavor was a bit subtle though. The price for a cup or cone was 320 yen. The place is easy to find, just a short walk from Kawaramachi Sanjo. It could be a nice little treat while out shopping.

I sometimes wonder if the honey used in the soft serve ice cream is really from cedar beekeeping, but I have to trust it... It's a delicious soft serve ice cream that tastes like honey. There are many different soft serve ice creams in Nishiki, but I feel like this one is the best. I often wonder which shop is the most particular about their soft serve ice cream. Asking around is the best way, but people might think you're strange. Matcha, hojicha, shichimi, soy milk... I feel like there's no matcha soft serve ice cream at Nishiki.

The honey soft serve was incredibly delicious. There were many other honey-related products like honey candies and pure honey available, which was impressive. They offered plenty of samples, so I was able to buy honey without any regrets. After purchasing a honey soft serve, I walked around the streets of Kyoto while enjoying it. It helped soothe my tiredness from walking. The natural sweetness and the beauty benefits of honey really appealed to me.

When I'm wandering around the Shinkyogoku shopping street in Kyoto and get tired from walking, I always buy soft serve ice cream from here and sit on the chairs in front of the store to eat it. The soft serve ice cream has honey in it, and when the ice cream melts in your mouth, the honey gently comes out and spreads a nice scent. It's delicious. While waiting for the soft serve ice cream to be ready, they also serve honey juice, which is cold and refreshing and delicious. I also bought the honey juice concentrate. You dilute it five times with water, and it's tasty when drizzled over yogurt or mixed with Calpis. It seems like it would also be delicious mixed with tea or plum wine. There are various flavors of honey juice, such as yuzu honey and acerola honey. The one I bought was yuzu honey and acerola honey, which came in a container about the size of a 500ml plastic bottle and cost around 1600 yen, so it seems like it can be used quite a lot when diluted. I want to go back to eat soft serve ice cream again.
