I will explain later why it has been a long time. I opened the poorly sliding door and entered the store. As I was pondering what to buy at the ticket vending machine, the clerk said, "The ticket vending machine is not working well, so please pay in cash directly." When I ordered the chicken white broth salt ramen in large size for 980 yen, the clerk took out 20 yen from the machine. It must have broken down by chance, but this is troublesome. At that moment, I asked, "I used to come here often, but I don't eat meat now. Can I have it without the chashu?" The clerk replied, "The chicken white broth salt ramen does not come with chashu," so I made my choice. Since then, I had a bad feeling. Well, let's skip the personal story. The bowl that came out was of the usual high quality, with thick and chewy noodles, crunchy lettuce, and the lemon garnish doing a great job. Now, the reason I stopped coming was the side dish of rice served together. Initially, it used to be served towards the end of the meal, but it started being served at the same time. "The rice will get cold, why serve it at this timing?" I asked. The clerk replied, "To make sure we don't forget to serve it." But since it didn't change, I stopped going. This time, the rice was served together again, so of course it's cold. While I understand it as the "finishing rice" from the beginning, others may not and think it's fine to eat it with the ramen. This might be a personal issue. Setting aside personal issues, it is a fantastic ramen of high quality. And it's amazing that even in large size, it costs less than 1,000 yen. *The photo is of the ramen without the chicken chashu.
