タケマシュラン
The newest restaurant from the Ajibo Group is located in Akihabara. It's right next to the station, making it easily accessible. The opening hours are from 7 am to 5 am, showing its resilience compared to "Marshin Restaurant." I personally like Ajibo Group's restaurants, and this visit marks my fourth time after "Ajibo," "Yang Xiang Ajibo," and "Spicy Village." The large underground space has over 100 seats, with private rooms for more than 20 people, making it a banquet hall for those who lead stressful lives. It's incredibly noisy. On the other hand, it's great that you don't need a reservation. There were quite a few solo diners as well. The drinks are affordable, with a medium-sized beer costing around 650 yen. The all-you-can-drink Shaoxing wine is only 1,000 yen, and it's fun to serve yourself from the jar near the register. Naturally, the place is filled with drunk people, so be prepared for the noise. The meal kicks off with the signature lamb meat skewers. Crispy and delicious, it's the perfect appetizer. The fried eggplant is surprisingly tasty, with a generous amount of batter giving it a juicy flavor. The coriander salad is packed with various green vegetables, and the unique seasoning is indescribable to Japanese taste buds. The "saliva chicken" is very spicy. It looks mild, but the red sauce at the bottom is extremely hot, becoming the hottest topic of the day. The water dumplings were just average. They weren't bad, but they weren't exceptional either. There's no need to order them specifically at this restaurant. The mapo tofu with plenty of lamb meat was flavorful, but the base lacked complexity. The "fermented sour fish and lamb stew" is a dish with fish and lamb in a tangy soup. The deep, fermented soup pairs well with the gentle fish and the punchy lamb meat, creating an interesting contrast. It's a symbol of the restaurant's unique flavors, so those with a sense of culinary adventure should definitely try it. The meal ends with fried rice, topped with a generous amount of lamb meat. It's more like a steak topping than a fried rice, with over a portion of steak's worth of meat. After eating to the point of bursting and having a light drink (since there was so much food), the bill came to around 4,000 yen. What a fantastic cost-performance ratio. Unlike the elegant Chinese cuisine of "ShinoiS," this restaurant offers a casual dining experience, perfect for a lively gathering with close friends or colleagues.
