The miso ramen was the best and I was quite satisfied, but since I had come all the way to Nakano, I decided to try another restaurant that had caught my eye. The lunch service ends at 3:30, while dinner starts at 5:00, but I arrived 30 minutes early. I found a bench on a side street and decided to wait there. Interestingly, there was a Maid Cafe nearby, which surprised me! I used the food ticket machine and chose the rich oyster and porcini mushroom sea bream with soy milk soup for 1100 yen. The dish arrived in about 5 minutes. Surprisingly, they had wireless smartphone chargers available, which was very helpful. The soup was white and foamy, filled with various ingredients like mushrooms, oysters, rare char siu, and spinach. There were also some crispy toppings, one seemed like French bread and another like fruit, possibly orange. There were other small bits as well, with a potato-like texture. It was clear that this ramen, created by a French chef, was very elaborate. The noodles were medium-thin and the soup, made with sea bream and soy milk, was incredibly delicious. It didn't taste like typical ramen, more like a soup with noodles, with a French cuisine touch. I enjoyed every last drop. Nakano has some really delicious restaurants, it's great. As I was leaving, the place was already full. It's definitely popular. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

I have been strictly told to stop eating ramen and rice after my regular health check-up for over 20 years now. But I try to follow the doctor's orders. After all, this place is not a ramen shop. It's a French restaurant with only counter seating. They have a side dish called "Tamago Kaki Gohan," which is not just a simple egg over rice, but a dish called "Tamago Kaki Gohan" with oysters. The combination of their oyster ramen and either TKG or oyster rice is the best. Around 12 o'clock on Tuesdays, there are usually about 5 people lining up. Today, I changed my plans and ended up being the 6th in line. I decided not to go on a lunch hopping spree today and ordered the TKG without hesitation. I'm sorry, doctor. You also said to leave some soup behind even if I eat ramen, right? But you know what, doctor, that's impossible. I can't get enough of the creamy oyster soup. I wish I could drink a bucket full of this soup. It's a famous restaurant in Nakano.

Today, I visited a ramen restaurant called "Tadaima, Henshin-chu" in Nakano that I've been curious about. The restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from Nakano Station North Exit, near the Namco building. The owner, who worked in French cuisine for 14 years, serves creative French-style ramen. I was excited because I couldn't imagine the taste. I arrived at 17:10, 10 minutes after the 17:00 opening time, and the restaurant was already full with a 5-person waitlist. After a 20-minute wait, I was called in to purchase food tickets. I ordered the New Autumn Limited Oyster, Mushroom, and Pear Ramen for ¥1300 (hot or cold) and a side of seasoned egg for ¥300. The counter-style seating had 11 seats, and there were phone chargers available. The ramen arrived in about 7 minutes, and it was filled with various ingredients like a full French course. The soup had a rich creamy flavor of oysters and porcini mushrooms, which paired well with the flat noodles. The toppings included fresh salad, lemon-marinated mushrooms, roast beef-style chashu, sautéed oysters, spinach, and diced pears. Each topping was delicious and complemented the ramen well. Despite feeling full, I ordered the seasoned egg, which was basil and cheese flavored and added a nice twist to the meal. It was a fun and satisfying dining experience at "Tadaima, Henshin-chu." I look forward to trying their popular oyster and soy milk ramen and future seasonal specials.

When you walk down the alley lined with restaurants at Nakano Broadway, you will find a ramen shop. You purchase your meal through a ticket vending machine and seating is only available at the counter. I ordered the Oyster Ramen (890 yen), which had a choice between sea bream soup or soy milk base. I opted for the basic one. The aroma of oysters was quite strong, and the sea bream-based soup had a deep sweetness to it, rich enough to finish every drop. The good taste of seafood was evident. With other options available, I would consider revisiting this place if I have the chance.

I went to a ramen shop in Nakano! This time I visited "Tadaima, Henshin-chu." I ordered the "Oyster Ramen (with soy milk)," "Flavored Egg," and "Today's Marinated Egg." The ramen was served in a stylish way, almost like French style. The soup was creamy and rich in flavor, probably from the soy milk and dashi stock. Although the oyster flavor wasn't very pronounced, the aroma of oysters was evident in the soup. The noodles were straight and cooked perfectly, with good soup absorption. The thinly sliced chashu had a nice flavor that complemented the soup well. The marinated egg was recommended with a cheese basil flavor, which was surprising and delicious. Overall, the oyster ramen was tasty and worth trying for oyster lovers. The shop also had other flavors to offer. I recommend it to those who enjoy oysters.

A French chef has opened a ramen shop, and I was finally able to visit the shop that I had been eyeing for a long time, known for its oyster ramen. Even though it was close to lunch closing time, the shop was packed with customers. I ordered the Oyster Ramen (made with soy milk and sea bream broth). The soup is a luxurious blend made with 5 oysters and a whole sea bream. It is creamy and delicious like a potage. The noodles are medium-thin curly noodles that go well with the soup. Eating the baguette dipped in the soup in between bites of noodles adds a fun texture. The oysters, seared to intensify the flavor, were superb. This is truly groundbreaking in the world of ramen. I can't wait to try the sea bream broth next, or maybe even the spicy option.

The ramen was so delicious and amazing that it didn't even seem like ramen! It was creamy and rich, more on the feminine side, I think. I visited the restaurant alone on a Saturday afternoon and the place was clean and cozy. I will definitely come back again!

I didn't know there was such rich and stylish ramen! Once you try it, you'll be impressed by the quality. A must-try for oyster lovers. Nakano is a bit far from my place, but I've been back twice. If you go, make sure to try the "Waedama" as well.

Oyster Premium (cold) ordered today's mixed noodles for a chilled dish, yet the service speed is fast. The noodles have a good chewy texture. The soup, resembling oyster potage, is rich and sweet, standing out with its originality compared to other restaurants. The mixed noodles combine French and Italian elements, creating a colorful and appealing dish.

Ordered the Oyster Cream Lemon Cheese. It was delicious, but towards the end it got a bit boring. I think the regular Premium Oyster is tastier. It's ranked lower compared to others I've tried. Next time, I might try the Tomato Premium.

I sat down without waiting. The chashu was incredibly tender and delicious. The oysters by themselves were also tasty. While I didn't really taste the oysters in the soup, it felt like I was enjoying a high-quality soup pasta. Next time, I'll try the sea bream and oyster soup.

After a long time, I visited Nakano. Broadway was so foreign-looking that I wondered if I was overseas. I was unsure what to eat, but after eating two soft serves, I felt like I could handle something hot. I decided to try this place. It's a counter-only restaurant where you buy a meal ticket first. The ramen that arrived had a white soup. I was excited to try it! After taking a sip of the soup, I thought, "Delicious!" It had an elegant, not too heavy, but deep flavor that was irresistible. Sometimes this type of ramen can get boring, but I enjoyed it until the last bite without getting tired of it. As a fan of potage, this was the best ramen for me. I would definitely come back for more, maybe I'll try the cold version next time! Thank you for the meal.

I ordered two ramen dishes for the first time at this restaurant, and all I can say is that they are incredibly delicious! I think it would be quite a shock for someone who usually eats traditional ramen. The soup was creamy, almost like a cream soup, but at the same time, the flavor of sea bream and kelp melting together was irresistible!

This is a ramen restaurant with a strange name near Nakano Broadway. They are currently undergoing a transformation, so it seems like they will be changing even more! The Soy Milk Lunch Set (1010 yen) is the main dish, featuring ramen made with oysters and soy milk in a French style. The ramen uses the equivalent of 5 oysters and 1 sea bream. The set includes ramen and oyster rice. The soy milk base is incredibly creamy, but you can still taste the flavor of the oysters throughout. The oysters are also sautéed separately. It's quite rare for a ramen dish to offer a balsamic sauce for a little change in flavor. The toppings include balsamic sauce, spinach, sautéed oysters, and rare chashu. The noodles are slightly thin and straight, and because they are whipped, they absorb the soup well, leaving almost none behind. If you don't dislike oysters, this ramen is sure to be a hit with women. Oysters are often offered as a limited edition item in regular ramen shops, so it's quite impressive that this place serves it regularly. With its beautiful presentation and great taste, it's no wonder it's becoming popular.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday around 5 pm after seeing good reviews on Tabelog. I was able to get in without waiting, but it started getting crowded after I arrived. However, the turnover rate for ramen is good so you can get seated fairly quickly. Inside the restaurant, there is a ticket machine where you can purchase your meal. There are many different options and they all look delicious! I ordered the most popular dish, the Oyster Ramen. I was curious about what French ramen would be like, but it was creamy and incredibly delicious! It completely changes the concept of ramen. It's my favorite. The presentation is also very beautiful and stylish, which women will appreciate. Additionally, there are chargers available in the restaurant! There are seasonal limited-time flavors that I would like to try next time. I will definitely visit again.

I arrived at the restaurant around 11:40 am on Saturday after a 5-minute walk from Nakano Station North Exit. There were plenty of seats available. I ordered the Oyster and Tofu Ramen lunch set. The noodles were thin. The soup was quite unique with a strong oyster flavor, which oyster lovers would enjoy. The oyster rice in the lunch set was a bit dry and not very satisfying. However, the ramen was very delicious, so I would like to go back again.

First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite mediocre. It seems unnecessarily loud, possibly due to the high number of inbound customers, and there are many people who linger around. The ramen has a soy milk base with a hint of oyster flavor, which is unique, but the overall quality of the ramen is not very high, resulting in low satisfaction. The oyster rice dish is also quite average, so I probably won't be returning.

I tried the summer limited menu Oyster Summer Premium. It's a cold ramen with plenty of oyster flavor and goes great with pink grapefruit. It feels like eating a French appetizer. The tartar sauce on the side adds a rich texture, which might feel a bit heavy for those who prefer a lighter taste.

First visit❗️ I was curious about this ramen shop for a while. The ramen is made by a French chef. I started with the default Oyster Soy Milk Ramen lunch set which includes oyster rice❗️ The presentation is truly impressive, just like a French dish❗️ It looks very beautiful. The set includes two types of chashu, oysters, fish roe, baguette, spinach, and soup with balsamic foam on top. I took a sip of the soup first...‼️( ゚д゚)ンマッ! Delicious❗️ The smoothness of the soy milk combined with the richness and flavor of the oysters is amazing‼️ They apparently use 5 oysters and the equivalent of one sea bream in each bowl of soup, so you can also taste the umami of the sea bream behind the oysters. There is no unpleasant smell of oysters, so even those who are not fond of oysters might enjoy it. The saltiness is just right, overall a delicious soup. The noodles are medium-thin with a slight wave, almost straight, which combined with the soup gives a pasta-like texture. The noodles are delicious. The oysters and chashu are also delicious, especially the chicken chashu. The oyster rice has a strong oyster flavor and includes oyster meat. It is a tasty oyster rice. Considering the quality and quantity of the set, the price is very reasonable. I would love to try other menu items at this restaurant. If it were nearby, I would definitely become a regular customer❗️

Third visit. Ordered the red oyster ramen. The pace was similar to the regular oyster ramen, with a soy milk base. It had a bit of spiciness from the chili peppers. The base was already delicious, so there's not much to say, but maybe there's not much need to make it spicy. Also, I want to try the limited-time cold oyster tomato ramen and sea bream ramen in July.
