My son-in-law made a reservation for us at Tokyo DisneySea and booked a stay at Tokyo Baycourt Club Hotel & Spa Resort. We dined at Choyurou, a Chinese restaurant within the hotel, enjoying a standard course meal in a luxurious private room. The menu included a variety of dishes such as appetizers, shark fin soup, crab and vegetable royal dish, sautéed cod, Peking duck, drunken shrimp, charcoal-grilled Japanese beef, and a choice of fried rice or soup noodles for the finale. The meal was accompanied by white and red wines, and the dessert was also elegantly presented. We are grateful to my son-in-law for arranging such a delightful dining experience for our family.

The flagship hotel "Tokyo Bay Court Club" owned by the familiar resort trust company, Exiv. This hotel, built at a total cost of 42 billion yen, twice the amount spent on the Peninsula Tokyo, is the epitome of luxury. Located on the 24th floor of the North Tower. I visited alone this day. For the amuse-bouche, a dish with abalone and vermicelli topped with caviar was served. The caviar, acting as a salt substitute on the vermicelli, matched perfectly. But the amazing thing was the aroma of the abalone. Next, a combination of appetizers was served. They brought the ingredients used for the shark fin soup before serving it. Suruga Bay black abalone and shark fin. I have never seen shark fin fibers as thick as bean sprouts before. Then, the soup made from the shark fin was served. It was difficult to cut due to the thick fibers. The taste, of course, was superb. Next came abalone steak, followed by Peking duck. Then, abalone and shark fin shabu-shabu dipped in superior soup. It was a cuisine that transcended Chinese cuisine, yet remained faithful to its base. I was skeptical about the combination of the aroma of the abalone and the soup, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well they matched. The fusion exceeded my imagination, and I was impressed. Finally, clay pot fried rice with dried abalone. It was a truly satisfying meal. And all of this for less than 40,000 yen per person? It's unbelievably cheap, isn't it?

When staying at the Bay Court, I recommend trying the xiaolongbao, Peking duck, and mapo tofu - they are all delicious. The lunch is also tasty if you prefer to relax by the pool and not go out. Prices are around 5000 yen for lunch and start from 10,000 yen for dinner courses, but the tea-based drinks are also delicious. I always order sparkling water, and end up drinking a 700ml bottle by myself. Even with the 10,000 yen course, you will be satisfied with the dessert.

Tonight, I enjoyed a course of high-class Chinese cuisine while admiring the night view. Starting with appetizers, followed by noodles, rice, and dessert. Chinese cuisine here is indeed elegant and delicious. The private room atmosphere is calm, allowing for a leisurely meal. I also had Shaoxing wine, making it a pleasant dinner time.

As a member, I have visited all the restaurants at Tokyo Baycourt, but I find myself coming to "Choryu" the most. I always look forward to the appetizer plate, not just for its beautiful presentation, but because I always want more of it. This time, I tried the "Rin" course which costs around 15,000 yen, and the appetizer plate was delicious as always. While the other courses like the small and lightly flavored shark fin soup, lobster, and black fried rice were okay, I will definitely come back for the appetizer plate when I stay at Baycourt again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I was invited to a dinner with a customer! It's a members-only place, so they check you at the entrance of the building~! The dishes were all quite unique and delicious, things I had never tasted before! It's not an opportunity that comes often for the common folks, but I think it's perfect for special occasions~. Thank you for the feast!

The New Year Dinner Royal Collection features a refreshing roast chicken with Ise shrimp, a seasonal appetizer assortment, sizzling sautéed shark fin, rich Shanghai crab sauce, Saga pufferfish stir-fry with bean paste, spring rolls with pufferfish milt, Beijing duck (double portion), steamed Shanghai crab, Omi beef fillet stir-fried with XO sauce and seasonal vegetables, abalone risotto fried rice with truffle aroma, and Seasonal Sweets Plate. Simply luxurious...✨ It's a shame the restaurant is dark, making it hard to capture the deliciousness in photos.

I had the pleasure of dining at "Choyurou" in Tokyo Bay Court Club, a members-only hotel restaurant. The room exuded luxury and felt like a celebrity dinner party! Every dish served was luxurious, but my favorite was definitely the shark fin. It was tender and perfectly seasoned, just the way I like it. I enjoyed pairing the meal with both red and white wines. The wines were of a vintage variety, truly reflecting the high-class nature of the hotel and cuisine. I look forward to dining at the restaurant next time.

My wife attended a wedding, so we decided to stay overnight with our 1-year-old daughter and enjoy a high-class Chinese dinner. We had a course meal featuring spiny lobster. Although we were a bit worried about bringing our child to such a fancy place, the restaurant staff were quick to serve us and the atmosphere was elegant. Our daughter enjoyed her noodle soup and kept saying "delicious" while eating. The lobster course was truly satisfying, from the presentation to the dessert at the end. The staff near the front desk were a bit cold, but the restaurant floor staff provided excellent service. I would love to visit the restaurant again even without staying overnight.

Store name: Choyurou Budget: 15,000 to 20,000 yen per person Address: 3-1-15 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo Bay Court Club Located within the Tokyo Bay Court Club, this restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine. The stylish interior, with a black color scheme, is perfect for special occasions like anniversaries. The menu ranges from simple dishes that highlight the ingredients to hearty, flavorful options. The shark fin dish is not just a simple stew, but is presented with onions in a royal French style. The sweetness of the onions complements the shark fin beautifully, creating a stunning dish that incorporates French culinary techniques. The fried rice to finish is made with Japanese beef and lettuce, with a strong garlic flavor. It's a perfect blend of elegance and indulgence, a fried rice dish that you'd want to eat every day. Considering the ambiance and excellent service, it's a great value to enjoy drinks and a meal for under 20,000 yen. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the wonderful meal! It was a private room dinner. It wasn't a special menu, but the course was satisfying for the price. The red snapper in the third course had a lot of bones, which made it difficult to eat. I forgot to take a picture of the lobster, but the portion was just right.

We visited the Eyurou restaurant on the 24th floor of the Tokyo Bay Court Club, a members-only resort hotel, for dinner with three people. We had a course meal which included: a platter of five cold appetizers, shark fin soup, sautéed scallops and chicken gizzards with green onion sauce, simmered hair vegetable, fried tofu, and mushrooms with asparagus purée accent, stir-fried shrimp and assorted vegetables in shrimp sauce, stir-fried Hinai chicken with sweet and spicy sauce, served with walnuts, tomatoes, salt-flavored yakisoba, almond tofu and strawberry pudding layered dessert, and assorted small sweets. Everything was delicious and satisfying. Thank you for the feast.

On this day, I finished teleworking early and stayed at Tokyo Bay Court. First, I moistened my throat with Chibi Moe in the room. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant on the 24th floor. Dinner started. Since I had a pre-drink in the room, I chose Chablis Premier Cru for my drink. The appetizer plate was visually pleasing. Especially, the button shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine was excellent! The sea bream sashimi with green onion sauce in a glass made me crave for sake. Watching the slightly cruel entertainment of the drunken shrimp preparation, I enjoyed the depth of flavor in the shark fin soup. The Beijing duck was delicious as expected! The abalone cream stew with truffle cream made my taste buds cry with joy. The slowly cooked wagyu beef melted in my mouth with deliciousness! For the finale, I indulged in tantan noodles without soup, kettle-fried white longevity, and fried rice with plum meat and green shiso. The fried rice, with plum meat and green shiso, had a satisfying greasy finish. The dessert plate was visually and tastefully delightful! Thank you for the feast.

I attended a class reunion and went to "Choyuro" at Tokyo Bay Court Club after a long time. When taking a taxi, be careful not to refer to Tokyo Bay Court Club as a hotel, as you may be mistakenly guided to the neighboring Trasty. This time, a private room with a great view was reserved, and the meal was arranged by the organizer, with a luxurious "Shunkorekushon" course priced at 26,000 yen. Some private rooms have no view, so be sure to confirm when making a reservation. Since the view here is fantastic, if you can't get a window-side private room, the main hall might actually be better. The meal started with a 5-hour steamed drooling chicken, followed by the famous shark fin teppanyaki with crab sauce, crab dishes, Peking duck, steamed seasonal items, and charcoal-grilled Omi beef fillet, all part of a wonderful course that leaves no room for dissatisfaction! The finale was a truffle-scented abalone and liver mixed soba, which was surprisingly delicious. Even though we didn't specifically request it, just casually mentioning a birthday led to a birthday plate dessert being prepared, complete with a printed photo as a gift, showing their warm hospitality. Drinks, such as wine, cost around 20,000 yen, so the total budget per person would be around 35,000 yen depending on the food. As a members-only hotel, the atmosphere is fantastic, making it a recommended choice for feeling luxurious.

The fried food was soggy and none of it suited my taste. The atmosphere and presentation were very luxurious. I stayed in a sweet room. I was busy swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot springs. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

I went there after a long time and all the dishes were delicious. Lately, there are fewer upscale Chinese restaurants that are easy to understand, so I think this place is really good. The service from the staff and the atmosphere in the private room were excellent! It's a bit hard to get to the location, so I wish it was a little closer.

We visited this restaurant inside the Baycourt Club with 3 people. The lunch course included: - Assorted appetizers - Braised shark fin, crab meat, and rapeseed flower royal soup - Beijing duck with pan-fried xiaolongbao - Stir-fried prawns with Hong Kong cheese sauce served with crispy noodles - Braised beef cheeks in red wine oyster sauce with mashed potatoes - Scallop risotto fried rice - Dessert plate (mango pudding) The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant has elegant decor and a high ceiling, making it a great place for a leisurely meal or business meeting. The portion sizes were just right, and the timing of each dish was perfect. We had a wonderful dining experience and would love to visit again!

Tokyo Bay Court Club Hotel & Spa Resort has a members-only Chinese restaurant. Located about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station and a 10-minute walk from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station, this restaurant offers Cantonese cuisine-based kaiseki-style Chinese dishes. Passing through the luxurious entrance of the hotel and taking the elevator up, you will find this restaurant. The elegant space is truly exceptional. On this day, we had lunch in a private room with 8 people. Dining in such a refined space is truly special. The menu for the day included an appetizer assortment beautifully presented in colorful dishes. The soup contained shark fin. The steamed fish with soy sauce was very delicious. The lobster chili dish tasted like a high-end version of chili shrimp. The Peking duck was small and easy to eat, with a crispy and delicious taste. The meal was finished with sweet almond tofu and small sweets for dessert, which was refreshing. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Tokyo Bay Court after a long time, and it was my first time at this restaurant! The private rooms with a nice view had a luxurious feel and the interior was to my liking. We dined around a large round table and enjoyed the following dishes: - Assorted appetizers: jellyfish, char siu, myoga & paprika pickles, dried tofu, steamed ayu fish, octopus and sea urchin, and tender drooling chicken that was steamed for five hours. The appetizers were beautifully presented and a feast for the eyes. - Braised shark fin in Shanghai crab royal soup: The dish was served in a lovely vessel, and upon opening the lid, hot shark fin was revealed. The soup was rich and flavorful. - Low-temperature steamed seasonal fish with fermented black beans and peanut oil: The white fish called Itachiuo paired well with the sweet and sour sauce. - Chilean lobster in chili sauce with shrimp toast: A new take on shrimp chili, using Chilean lobster in a mild sauce. The shrimp toast was a delightful addition. - Peking duck: A favorite dish that was enjoyed. - Special tender sweet and sour pork with black vinegar and sherry: The sauce was delicious, but the meat was a bit tough and disappointing. The frying was done perfectly. - Grilled salmon and salmon roe fried rice: Despite being full at this point, we managed to finish the dish. The combination of salmon and salmon roe in Chinese fried rice was surprisingly delicious. - Dessert plate: I chose mango pudding and the plate also included osmanthus brulee, muscat grape mochi, and gateau chocolat. The quality and quantity of the dishes, along with the wonderful private room, all for less than 10,000 yen, was fantastic. I would love to visit this restaurant again!

I had been there for dinner before, but this time I visited for a business lunch. The view from the room was lovely. The appetizers, shark fin soup, dim sum, chicken, shrimp in chili sauce, and dessert were all delicious. Considering the atmosphere, I would say the price was reasonable for what we got.

I visited for a reception. It was a glamorous restaurant, just as expected from the Bay Court Club. The appearance and taste were both very beautiful. I was most impressed by the teppanyaki-style shark fin. They pour delicious sauce on the hot teppan right in front of you. The service was very elegant and kind. Once the state of emergency is lifted and we can drink alcohol with delicious food again, I would like to visit this restaurant again.
