The restaurant name is... "Corona Hater?" It's a place where you can eat all-you-can-eat oden as a complimentary dish. I don't particularly feel drawn to oden, but isn't the concept interesting? Oden is cheap yet filling. As long as the broth is good, there's no need to make it from scratch. The location is on the 5th floor of a mixed-use building in Akihabara. It used to be a place where LaOX sold hobby-related products. I tried to go without a reservation, but saw customers arguing with the staff about reservations, so I quietly left. I made a new reservation online and tried again. It was almost full on the weekend, which was surprising. I ordered a mandatory one-item order, which was a potato salad with corned beef. The oden itself was delicious, with the flavors well infused. The daikon was cut in large pieces, which was a bit different from what I prefer. I like my daikon to be soft and tender. The atsuage (thick fried tofu) was cut into small pieces, which didn't match my preference. The broth seemed to have soy sauce in it, but it was hard to tell. The staff was professional and the atmosphere was calm. It's nice that oden is all-you-can-eat, but the variety of oden ingredients was limited, so by the second round, I had tried everything. This made me lean towards ordering other items, but the non-oden menu was just like a regular izakaya, so it didn't feel very special. Overall, I realized that being stingy can make things less enjoyable.笑.

I was very satisfied with the taste of the food, the service, and the pricing. I can understand why this restaurant is popular. The chairs at the counter were comfortable, and I was able to spend 2 hours there without any issues. Although not a big problem, the men's restroom was a bit small. I would like to visit again!

I arrived in the early evening, so the restaurant was not crowded when I entered. The interior was clean and stylish. The drink service was incredibly fast! The oden pot was always well stocked with ingredients, and the daikon was soft and flavorful. My favorite oden ingredient was the shumai, haha. One thing that caught my attention was that the oden pot was right in front of the counter seats, which was visually appealing, but considering the current situation, I think it would be better to have a glass or acrylic divider between the seats and the oden pot for added peace of mind. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I forgot to take a photo, but the oden appetizer was all-you-can-eat! The daikon radish was a big size, about 10cm long. There were about seven different kinds to choose from, making it a great snack with alcohol. I personally thought the konjac was the most delicious. I think there was a photo of grilled nagaimo, but I'm not sure. Maybe it's a good idea to order other salads or dishes as well.

Visited on a Saturday night. Around 10 pm, most of the eateries in Akihabara were already closed, which felt a bit lonely. I was searching for any open shops when I found this one. Surprisingly, they offered all-you-can-eat oden for just 500 yen (excluding tax). What a great deal! The first oden assortment that was served was huge! I cut the daikon into about four pieces and it was delicious with a rich flavor. We ordered various other dishes as well, and overall, the quality was high and everything was tasty. I was worried about how they could sustain this level of quality at such affordable prices.

I was surprised to learn that there is a restaurant where you can eat as much oden as you want for 550 yen, so I decided to try it out. However, please note that you must order an additional 2 items per person. It seems to be quite popular and operates on a 2-hour time limit, so you need to eat quickly. It's a good choice for a quick first stop. Also, my friend who is on a diet was happy because oden is a diet-friendly option for girls.

It seems like a restaurant with all-you-can-eat oden. You tell the staff what you want to eat and they put it on a plate for you. It's important to go early because they tend to sell out of items. Unfortunately, some of the items I wanted were sold out. The mustard provided was the disposable type, so it would be nice if they had a more high-quality mustard. It seemed like even foreigners were enjoying the all-you-can-eat oden. The squid was nice and firm and paired well with sake. However, I didn't enjoy the salmon flakes and ikura with rice, so I left feeling a bit disappointed. Despite the ups and downs, overall it was a good meal.

I visited this place after seeing it on Instagram. They offer all-you-can-eat oden as a complimentary dish, which is quite attractive. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM on a weekday, there were only two pieces of daikon left, and the hanpen was already sold out. They were also out of octopus legs. Eventually, they ran out of shumai and eggs as well. But the shumai was really delicious! I was curious about oden shumai, but it was surprisingly good with the broth. Since oden is all-you-can-eat, even if you have 2-4 servings of each item, the bill is still less than 2,500 yen per person. It's really good value for money. We had a lively oden party with everyone. Next time, I want to go a bit earlier to enjoy more daikon and hanpen.

The restaurant was still new and it was bustling with popularity. The oden appetizer (500 yen) seemed to be a big hit as many people were lining up for refills. The crowd was mostly young and lively, making it a perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a vibrant drinking atmosphere.

An izakaya located a 2-minute walk from Akihabara Electric Town Exit. The restaurant has a humorous name, "Corona Kirai," and cleverly named courses like "Motelna" and "Faiser." Their specialty is all-you-can-eat oden for 500 yen as an appetizer. There is a booth inside the restaurant where you can choose your favorite ingredients from 9 options after finishing your plate. The giant daikon and shumai are highly recommended. The food menu includes around 40 dishes, mainly focusing on fish, perfect for enjoying alongside your oden. They offer a variety of alcohol options at reasonable prices, around 500 yen each. The restaurant is popular with groups for after-work drinks on weekdays, and they stay open until early morning on Fridays and Saturdays, making it a convenient choice for a night out.

Located just a short walk from Akihabara Station, this izakaya is situated in a building behind the Radio Kaikan. The interior features a counter seat for oden, giving off a festival-like atmosphere that is sure to lift your spirits. While oden is typically associated with street stalls, here it is modernly recreated, appealing to a younger crowd. Perfect for casual dining or enjoying drinks. The giant daikon oden is a must-try, incredibly flavorful. In addition to oden, there is a wide variety of menu items, with the seafood dishes being highly recommended. The presentation is visually appealing, cleverly catering to the customer's preferences. Personally, I preferred the beef tendon demi-glace over the seafood dishes. Overall, the dishes pair well with alcohol, making it a great choice for drinkers. Reservations are easy to make near the station, so if you're in the area, be sure to check it out.

Newly opened on May 2nd! A izakaya where you can eat as much oden as you want for 500 yen. First, you receive a plate with one piece each of konjac, daikon radish, hanpen, satsuma-age, and string konjac. Once you finish eating them all, you take the plate to the oden counter for all-you-can-eat oden. You can choose your favorite items, and the staff will serve them to you. The daikon is thick but the flavor seeps in perfectly, making it so delicious that you can eat as many as you want. The shumai was also delicious. I thought that the all-you-can-eat for 500 yen was really good value for money!

"Akiba" Rorinagi Akiba Store is a new(?) izakaya that opened on May 2nd this year (2023). Here, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat oden for only 500 yen as a starter! When it comes to izakaya starters, it's often just bean sprout namul or cabbage, so this deal is too good to pass up. And it's all-you-can-eat too. Initially, you'll be served a platter of oden, and then you can go pick up more oden with that plate. The ingredients are soaked in the broth, and it's definitely delicious. There are seats next to the oden station, creating a fun and lively atmosphere like a food stall. While oden is the main attraction, the other a la carte menu items are also impressive. The recommended "Salmon and Salmon Roe Parent-Child Sushi" and "Snow Crab and Sea Urchin Jewel Sushi" are beautifully presented on sushi boats, making for an eye-catching dish. The "Salmon and Salmon Roe Parent-Child Sushi" was excellent! Although sea urchin was included in the sashimi platter, considering the average customer spend, it's understandable that they can't offer more luxurious items. Nevertheless, focusing on the all-you-can-eat oden, you can enjoy a satisfying meal for around 3000 yen, which is quite appealing. Since it's only been a month since they opened, the staff may still be getting used to things, so ordering was a bit slow, but hopefully, it will improve in the future.
[A la carte menu]
- Oden (starter)
- Korean-style Chorogi Salad
- Assorted 5 types of sashimi
- Homemade Tomato Kimchi
- Salted Squid Innards
- Truffle-scented Potato Fries

- Seafood Okonomiyaki
- Aosa Seaweed Dashi Rolled Omelette
- Salmon and Salmon Roe Parent-Child Sushi
- Snow Crab and Sea Urchin Jewel Sushi

I went with 5 people including my boss. I was curious about this restaurant because it was popular on TikTok. The interior of the restaurant had a few lanterns, creating a street food stall atmosphere. When the elevator opened into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that there were a lot of staff members! The appetizer was all-you-can-eat oden, which was randomly served at the beginning and then you could freely refill. To get a refill, you had to take your empty plate to the oden area near the counter. You could only get one serving on each plate (I couldn't finish trying all 5 types). Although the refills were unlimited, it was a bit of a hassle to go get them yourself. The food was mostly izakaya-style dishes. Here is what we ordered today: - Appetizer: Oden - Fatty Torosaba Grilled - Homemade Tomato Kimchi - Half Portion of Potato Salad - Sweet Potato Stick with Butter - Potato with Salted Butter - Cheese Stick - Seafood Chijimi My favorite was the daikon in the oden appetizer, it was big and well-marinated! Definitely recommend going with friends or colleagues. Oden makes for a great snack!

Oden (all-you-can-eat for 500 yen) is great. The flavors are rich and delicious. Especially the large pieces of daikon and the limited edition octopus were delicious. Other dishes were just okay. The staff seemed busy and the food service was a bit slow, and they made a few mistakes with our orders, so that was a bit disappointing. Total cost for two people with two drinks was 3300 yen.

I visited Yorunagilai, a restaurant in Shinjuku known for its robatayaki and oden. The atmosphere here is like a hidden gem, where you can relax and enjoy your meal. Each dish is carefully prepared and both the presentation and taste were excellent. The oden has a comforting flavor that warms you up from the inside. The robatayaki, with its simple seasoning that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients, is outstanding. The service was also pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel free to ask anything. The balance of delicious food and reasonable prices at this restaurant was truly impressive. I would like to try other dishes next time. It has become one of the restaurants I want to visit again. If you happen to be in Shinjuku, I highly recommend stopping by Yorunagilai.

✶---------<Impressions, Thoughts>---------✶I visited Yorunagi, a newly opened restaurant in Akihabara this month. When I visited on a Thursday, the restaurant was fully booked! I was glad I made a reservation. The highlight of this restaurant is that for a cover charge of 500 yen, you can enjoy unlimited time of all-you-can-eat oden from the oden pot in the center of the restaurant! It was a surprising and amazing cost performance! We started with colorful sours for a toast, and then dove into the oden. The giant daikon radish had a burst of oden broth when you stuck your chopsticks in, it was so flavorful! In addition to the classic daikon, there were soft-boiled flavored eggs, all of which were of such high quality that you wouldn't believe it was all-you-can-eat! Each group is served a large plate of oden, and when you finish, you can take it to the oden pot for a refill by the staff, which was reassuring in terms of hygiene. We also ordered a few a la carte dishes. The half-topped corned beef salad was a punchy dish with corned beef as an accent, and the flavor was rich, making it a perfect accompaniment to drinks! The salmon and salmon roe parent-child sushi was colorful with overflowing salmon and salmon roe, with cucumber inside. The contrast in texture was enjoyable, and it was so delicious that we fought over it! With so much food, the cost was just over 2000 yen per person, making it a must-visit for its amazing cost performance! Visited this trendy restaurant that's been all over social media✨ This time, I went to the Akihabara branch out of the two locations! *There's also one in Shinjuku! Can you believe you can enjoy all-you-can-eat oden for just 500 yen as an appetizer!? And the oden here is so flavorful and delicious, with a total of 9 varieties! Daikon radish, egg, octopus legs, thick fried tofu, shumai, hanpen (fish cake), shirataki noodles, satsuma-age (fried fish cake) The thickness of the daikon was no joke, and personally, I recommend the shumai too! It's quite rare, isn't it? The a la carte menu also includes popular items like salmon parent-child sushi and potato salad with plenty of corned beef! The visually appealing sours will make you want to order them too. With delicious oden and a satisfying a la carte menu, this place is a must-visit! 🌟

I have visited this place several times. The all-you-can-eat oden for a cover charge is a great deal, and it's fun to enjoy with friends. You can help yourself to oden, so it's easy to order without worrying about the staff. We also often order the assorted pickles, which are delicious.
