I purchased Sirloin Steak 150g and 2 Hamburgers for ¥2900 at the ticket machine. What I noticed this time is that you can use cash, credit cards, PayPay, and transportation electronic money, and when you press the button on the ticket machine, the order goes to the kitchen. Today's rice is "Iwate Tsukimidori." The shine and gloss are amazing, even for me, a person from Niigata. The meat is tender... and it's seasoned... as they said, but for me, it was a bit light, so I put a secret weapon in a small dish and enjoyed it with a little extra flavor. There is a hamburger restaurant on the street behind Cat Street in Omotesando, where many restaurants are lined up. There is always a long line, so I decided to wait this time. I waited for about 20 minutes to get in. The customers and staff are relatively young. I ordered the Wagyu beef set. I paid at the ticket machine before taking my seat. The meal included rice, miso soup, pickles, raw egg, and special demi-glace sauce, as well as salted lemon, green chili pepper, and pickled ginger with lemon as condiments. The hamburgers were brought out one by one. The hamburgers, grilled over charcoal, had a fragrant and meaty taste. They were simple and without any fillers. The rice today was from Hokkaido, with plump grains that paired well with the hamburgers. You can have unlimited rice refills. I tried various condiments for flavor variation, but salted lemon was my favorite. The yuzu pepper added a refreshing touch while enhancing the meat. It was Sunday lunchtime, so I waited in line for about an hour before being seated. I ordered a set with two beef tongue hamburgers and one regular hamburger. The beef tongue hamburger came first, followed by the regular hamburger. I started by eating them without any condiments. They were juicy and had a good texture, very delicious. There were three types of condiments available, and I tried two of them. First was Setouchi salt lemon, which had a slight spiciness like yuzu pepper and paired well with the hamburgers. Next was green chili pepper, which had a hint of sansho pepper and also went perfectly with the hamburgers. I finished the rest with demi-glace sauce, which was also incredibly tasty. Personally, I found the beef tongue hamburger more delicious than the regular hamburger. The rice was Nanatsuboshi from Hokkaido, shiny and fluffy, very delicious. It was great that refills were free, and the miso soup that came with it was also satisfying.

Arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 on Saturday and waited for about 50 minutes. The interior has only a counter, but it is spacious and calm. The air conditioning is also good, so there is no smell on clothes. I ordered the popular No. 1 beef tongue hamburger and regular hamburger set to compare. Both were delicious, but I preferred the beef tongue for its strong meaty flavor. Today's rice was from Hokkaido, shiny and delicious, I finished two bowls easily! It was worth the wait for a satisfying hamburger!

The menu offers three different toppings and a demi-glace sauce. The best option in terms of taste and cost effectiveness is the set with three regular hamburgers for 1,800 yen.

I arrived a little before 6:00 pm. As I entered the restaurant, I hesitated for a moment. It was full of girls. When you think of a hamburger specialty store, you might imagine a big hamburger covered in plenty of demi-glace sauce, giving off a rough and hearty vibe, but maybe this place is different. I selected my order using the touch panel ticket machine. I chose the tasting set and was guided to my seat by a cute female staff member. First, rice and miso soup were brought to me, and the demi-glace sauce was placed on a grill in front of me and heated with solid fuel. Soon, the hamburger was brought out and placed on top of the rice. Is this the visual that everyone posts on their photos? It felt fresh to me. I quickly tried it with some condiments. Later, I also tried it with the demi-glace sauce, but I feel like the condiments suit this hamburger the best. After enjoying the delicious hamburger, I had a second helping of rice and dropped just the egg yolk onto it to make tamago kake gohan. I mixed the remaining meat with the egg yolk and enjoyed it. This was also good. Finally, I mixed the tamago kake gohan and finished my meal. I now understand why the girls all enjoy this place.

Located around halfway between Harajuku Station and Omotesando Station, there was a shop that caught my attention. Since my hair salon appointment ended around 5 pm, I thought it might still be available if I go now for my first visit. I bought a meal ticket first and then the staff guided me to my seat. It's all counter seating. The impression was that there were many young people and foreign tourists. I chose the set meal for 2300 yen which included two beef tongue hamburgers and one regular hamburger. I didn't quite understand the system, but when I mentioned it was my first time, the staff explained it to me. You can take one egg per person, put the seasonings on a separate plate before putting them on the hamburgers, be careful as the sauce is hot when dipping the hamburgers directly, rice is free for refills, and the hamburgers are brought one by one after they are cooked. The foreign visitors didn't seem to understand even after the explanation, but it was a bit complicated ( ̄∇ ̄) I tried beef tongue hamburgers for the first time and they were delicious with a good texture! The inside was slightly rare and tender. It seems fun to have the egg as tamago kake gohan or to mix it with the hamburgers.

On a regular weekday afternoon, I visited around 11:10, prepared to wait in line. There was a small line already formed. The first group was seated, so I waited for the second group, maybe about 30 minutes. I ordered the standard hamburger steak set with demiglace sauce, which took a bit of time to cook as it was made with domestic beef. The first hamburger steak was served on top of rice, and the remaining two came shortly after. They seemed small individually, but together they were 270g, quite filling. A raw egg was provided for free, so I definitely wanted to try a TKG (tamago kake gohan) and enjoy the various condiments for flavor variation. Even without the demiglace sauce, the hamburger steak was delicious on its own. I was pleasantly surprised. Next time, I want to try the harami set and noticed many people ordering the beef tongue hamburger steak as well.

I visited this place based on a friend's recommendation! The beef tongue hamburger is so delicious!! There are lots of seasonings, and Setouchi salt lemon really goes well with the beef tongue hamburger! But my favorite is the three-liter pickled green chili peppers, the spicy kick is addictive! On a hot day in the Meiji Jingu area, I visited "Hamburg-ka" for a meeting. This was my second visit since it first opened. My first impression was that the minced meat and rice were overpowered by the condiments and demi-glace sauce, ruining the taste of the meat. Unfortunately, the three types of condiments were still too sour or salty, and the spiciness was too strong, none of them enhancing the flavor of the meat. Even the demi-glace sauce had a strong black pepper taste, overpowering the meat. The saving grace was that the hamburg steak was grilled over charcoal, which was delicious on its own. I hope they improve the condiments and sauce to complement the meat better.

I went to this popular restaurant and tried their beef tongue hamburger and regular hamburger set for comparison. The seating is only at the counter, and the sauce is heated right in front of you before being poured over the meat. The taste was... quite average. In fact, the hamburgers were overcooked and tough, especially the beef tongue hamburger which was too hard for my liking. I was expecting juicier hamburgers, so I was disappointed. The doneness of the meat varied depending on who was cooking it, with the last one being quite rare. The unlimited egg over rice was delicious though!

Meatloaf Kasan is located a 6-7 minute walk from Meiji-jingumae Station. It is on the first floor of a new building, with all counter seats. Therefore, people don't stay long and the turnover is fast. There is a place to hang your belongings at the back. There are people waiting outside. When you enter, the staff greets you warmly. There is a large touch panel at the entrance where you can place your order. You can choose the type of meatloaf, size, and sauce. The prices are around 2000-3500 yen. You can see the meatloaf being grilled over charcoal in the kitchen, and the delicious smell fills the restaurant. The eating instructions are written on the counter table mat, so you can follow that. The meat is tender and tasty. The smell of charcoal is amazing. They also pay attention to the rice, which looks shiny and delicious. They warm the demi-glace sauce on a grill for you to dip the meatloaf in. However, I preferred the condiments! They usually close around 8 pm, even though they are open at night. When I visited on a weekday around 7:30 pm, there were about 10 people waiting in line. The Wagyu hamburger and the regular hamburger were sold out, but they had a comparison set available, so I ordered that. The Wagyu tongue hamburger in the comparison set is coarsely ground with large chunks, providing a satisfying texture. The hamburger (90g) is made from 100% beef, freshly ground daily, with a soft texture. It is cooked thoroughly over direct heat but remains juicy inside. The toppings include Seto Inland Sea salt, lemon, green chili, ginger vinegar, and a raw egg (up to one per person is complimentary, perfect for making tamago kake gohan with their homemade dashi soy sauce). The salted lemon is refreshing and delicious. The demi-glace sauce on the hot skillet is sweet, fruity, and tasty. It is generously spread on the hamburgers and has just the right richness. Visited on Sunday at 14:45, the seating rate was around 80%. Tried to go to BASO as featured on yesterday's King's Brunch, but gave up due to the long line and ended up at a nearby restaurant at 14:10, only to find another long line, so I initially gave up and went to the Great Burger, a hamburger specialty store in the building next door. After finishing my meal and leaving at 14:45, the line had disappeared, so I decided to do a second round of lunch. The main dish here is the popular style where you can eat three Tawara hamburgers, not just hamburgers but also other items like beef tongue steak. By the way, yesterday's King's Brunch also featured a similar Tawara hamburger style at the Minced Meat and Rice Shibuya store. I decided to go for the Beef Tongue Hamburger Comparison Set, where you can eat one regular hamburger and two beef tongue hamburgers for 2300 yen including tax. I tried to use PayPay for payment to hopefully win a jumbo prize, as I was able to use it at the Great Burger next door, but it didn't work here due to no signal. I tried again and failed, so I ended up paying with a card. I sat at the counter seat, and in front of me was a bag of rice, and today's rice is Niigata-grown Henuki, with free refills. Water is self-service here, and you get one egg as a service (self-service). When I went to get the egg and returned, the pickles had arrived. After about 10 minutes, the rice and miso soup arrived, followed by the regular hamburger. I tried it with condiments first, but they were quite spicy, so I ended up eating it without any condiments. Personally, I preferred it without condiments, but soy sauce was also good. Next was the beef tongue hamburger, and I realized that the condiments were meant for placing the hamburgers after the first one. A colleague told me about this place and I went there. I never noticed it even though it's close by! It's a great restaurant. I originally went for the pancakes nearby, but changing plans was the right decision. The cost performance is amazing and the food is delicious! The hamburger was a bit big for women, but the rice and raw egg were all delicious!
