Chuka soba 780 yen Pickled TKG 150 yen I was worried if I would have time to have lunch today, but my remote meeting ended early so I was able to squeeze in some time for a quick noodle activity while on the move. I arrived at 11:34 with no line outside. However, the inside of the restaurant was almost full. It's always crowded, a popular place indeed. I found out that it's been over a year since I last came here in July last year. I was hoping to try the limited edition rich sardine broth, but unfortunately it wasn't available today, so I went back to basics with soy sauce. The bowl was served in 5 minutes. It's been a while since I had the chicken at Masta, but as always, no, the soup was even tastier than I expected. The incredibly rich chicken base, which seems to have extracted all the umami from the chicken, combined with soy sauce and kelp, deepening the flavor even further, made the soup taste fresh and delicious after a long time. The chicken oil was also thick and delicious. The noodles were a bit firm, but they added a nice accent, canceling out the overly smooth noodle texture that can sometimes be overwhelming. Wrapping the rice in the chashu and eating it was delicious, as well as pouring it into the soup. I realized that I need to eat the ramen that changed my life regularly. It was delicious! Visited at 3:00 PM on Sunday. The place was about half full. I ordered the Chinese ramen for 850 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The presentation was very beautiful! It looked a bit small, but the taste matched the appearance. It didn't have any standout features, but I finished it all, so it must have been delicious.

I visited for lunch. There were 5 customers before me. The restaurant had a smell of dried fish. Since it's still hot, most people order cold dishes. This time, I ordered the Cold Spicy Cod Roe Mixed Noodles (¥930). When it comes to dishes with cod roe, there are the original cod roe simmered noodles in Ikebukuro and the limited-time cod roe dipping noodles at Orion Shokudo, both of which were delicious (especially the latter was really good), so I had high expectations. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The noodles were a bit clumped together, making it a bit difficult to mix, but it was delicious. Cod roe and noodles really go well together. It had cucumber and corn in it, which added a nice texture and gave it a salad pasta-like feel. The only regret was that the portion was small, so I should have ordered a large serving... That's the only regret. Thank you for the meal. I will come again.

I happened to find a nice place in Nerima after 3 PM. There was only one other customer. I ordered the special simmered sardine ramen and negi chashu don. The soup was light but flavorful and delicious. The noodles were also tasty. Next time, I want to try the limited rich simmered sardine ramen that is occasionally available.

I went to a certain ramen shop in Nerima, but surprisingly they closed before the closing time. So disappointing. I found another ramen shop nearby that caught my attention. It's great that they are open all day. Since it was late, there were no other customers. I ordered the rich soup base boiled fish ramen. The owner of this shop seems to be friends with the owner of Hayashida, so I felt a sense of familiarity in the ramen as well. The noodles were straight and thin made from whole wheat flour, with long, crispy bamboo shoots, tender chashu pork, and chopped onions. It was delicious. I ordered the rich soup base, but it wasn't as rich as I expected, it was actually quite light. Looking at other people's reviews, the light soup base boiled fish ramen seemed delicious, so I have a bit of regret. Thank you for the meal!

Ordered the Tsukemen without soup (extra large) for ¥1,030. This dish consists of sweet and spicy minced meat, crunchy vegetables, and a refined egg mixed with thick noodles. Although Nerima Station is known for its fierce ramen competition, not many shops offer continuous service from lunch to dinner, so I decided to visit "Masuda" without hesitation. I arrived around 3 PM and was able to order and sit down quickly without waiting in line. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. Although they offer free extra rice, I had to pass this time due to the large portion size. Their specialty seems to be the "Chicken Shoyu Ramen," so I look forward to trying that on my next visit.

Today was my first time visiting this place. I tried the chicken broth clear soup dipping noodles with a flavored egg set for 1050 yen. I was looking forward to it. The noodles were plentiful and had a flat, twisted shape. The light chashu (there was also fine chashu in the soup) was refreshing, and the flavored egg was perfectly runny. However, the soup, which I assume is their specialty, was a bit different from my taste. The chicken broth flavor was weak, and the sesame oil aroma and strong daikon radish sprouts gave it a disjointed taste. It was a bit disappointing. If it's chicken broth soup, I would have preferred it to be a bit simpler.

The restaurant mainly has counter seats with a deep layout. I purchased the special Chinese noodles for 1100 yen from the ticket machine. The whole wheat noodles were delicious with a refreshing soup. The egg was slightly lacking in flavor, which was disappointing for me. It might have been a boiled egg instead of a seasoned egg. The location is great, right near Nerima Station. I would like to visit again!

I wanted to eat ramen late at night and visited Mr. Ta's in Nerima! I was torn between Chuka Soba and Niboshi Ramen, but I chose Niboshi Ramen! The light and elegant flavor of the soup is perfect for late-night cravings! Thank you for the delicious ramen late into the night! I will visit again!

I happened to visit this place nearby without any prior knowledge, and it was delicious. It reminds me of something I've eaten before, maybe it's related to Hayashida in Shinjuku. The ramen at Shime no Ramen Chuka Soba Nerima is incredibly delicious. It's the perfect way to end a meal after drinking. The soy sauce ramen is amazing, with thin noodles cooked firm in a chicken broth soy sauce soup. It's so good that after drinking water, you'll want to go back to drinking the soup again. It's an endless loop of deliciousness.

You can sit without waiting after 1 PM on weekdays. I was impressed by the tsukemen last time, so I was planning to order the ramen this time, but I saw a limited menu and the salt ramen caught my eye, so I ordered it! It had a light and gentle taste, and the thin noodles mixed well with the soup, making it delicious! Light ramen is easy to eat and doesn't upset my stomach, so I appreciate it.

The chicken broth shoyu ramen was refreshing and delicious. The shoyu flavor was just right. The noodles were thick and had a good chew, and the chashu was thinly sliced yet tender and tasty. Whenever I go, I am always completely satisfied! I can't even count how many times I've said that. I also tried the tsukemen, but the classic here is the Chinese soba. (For tsukemen, I'm currently into Ishigami Toragai.) As a comparison, there's "La-men Orai" in Ishigami Park, but the aroma that comes out through the nose when slurping the noodles is completely different. I think it's the balance of chicken oil and wheat, but the richness and aromatic scent, similar to butter, is irresistible. It was delicious again today. Thank you for the meal.

I upgraded my soy sauce flavored ramen with a seasoned egg to a large portion. The noodles seemed to be cooked slightly firmer than before, which I enjoyed. The large portion of noodles provided a satisfying chewiness until the end. Ordered the special selection ramen with chicken bone broth base. The noodles were just the right firmness, thin noodles. The seasoned egg was not too strong in alcohol taste, but had just the right firmness and flavor! The chicken bone broth soy sauce soup was appetizing! The bamboo shoots had a good crunch, and the thinly sliced pork was my personal favorite type. Will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. It was delicious!

Visited this restaurant that I had never searched for before, looking for delicious ramen nearby. It was a holiday past 12 pm and there was no wait. I ordered the most basic special Chinese soba. The chicken-based soup was good, and the noodles were firm and tasty. The only downside was the seasoned egg and bamboo shoots. The seasoned egg lacked flavor, almost non-existent, while the bamboo shoots were too strong in taste. The strong scent was not appealing. Overall, the charm was lacking.
