ナナボウ
I think there may be a refund or deletion, but I will review it so that the number of victims does not increase. It is located in the food court on the 2nd floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. At first, I went to the neighboring Tanaka Shoten, but the two staff members at the counter seemed to be aware of me but continued to ignore me, so I tried going to the neighboring Tsukiji Torazou Shime Torazou, but it was a rare mistake. I usually ignore most rudeness, but when it's this bad, I review it so that the number of victims does not increase. Tax-included Tsukiji Managai Seafood Bowl for 1,023 yen. After paying, I received a guest receiver (call buzzer) and waited at a table in the food court. There were no other customers, so I was called in about 5 minutes. I went to pick up the food at the counter and returned to my seat to eat the Tsukiji Managai Seafood Bowl. Huh? Tuna bloodline? Discoloration? The tuna, which is supposed to be 2 pieces, when flipped over, also has a noticeable bloodline and discoloration. The tuna was mushy, likely due to a thawing failure, which even an amateur like me can tell. I took it to the staff, who was working alone, but they just said, "It's okay! You can eat it!"... That's not the issue, and they didn't understand proper Japanese or offer any apologies or options to change the tuna. The yellowtail and negitoro were normal, but the shrimp smelled bad and I involuntarily spat it out, ending my meal. On Tabelog, there are few negative reviews for some reason, and I thought it was just my bad luck, but on Google Maps, I saw a similar experience listed by another reviewer! I was able to confirm that many others have received similar treatment. I feel deceived by the name "Tsukiji" and it could tarnish the image of DiverCity. Of course, even when I took the dishes to the return counter, I was ignored. It's been a while since I felt disgust from eating, not since I visited a restaurant on the peninsula for work a long time ago... It was disappointing.
