There is a yakitori restaurant that has been in Harajuku for 35 years! I had the impression that there were no yakitori restaurants in Harajuku, but I found this delicious place. The semi-raw, tender sabi-yaki was really delicious! The internal organ sauce was also tasty without any unpleasant smell. The grilled rice ball at the end was also delicious, so I visited twice in January! 😂

There is a delicious yakitori restaurant in Harajuku. I visited based on word of mouth. The counter in the middle had a cool master, and the customers around (mostly young people who seem to like Harajuku, with some regular salarymen). We ordered a variety of yakitori, added a little more, and finished off with grilled chicken liver, gizzard, tsukune, chicken wings, leeks, ginkgo nuts, and heart. All the yakitori were delicious. The portion size was small, but the grilling was just right and tasty. However, despite the delicious food, the atmosphere didn't quite match, and the prices were a bit high. It left a bit of a sour taste, probably due to the location costs.

I have used this restaurant many times. The atmosphere is not too urban, which makes it very comfortable. It always brings back nostalgic feelings! Today, I was able to make a reservation for around 7 pm, so I have plenty of things to talk about! If it gets too late, I might run out of things to say... We had tsukune, seseri, sabi-yaki, eschalot, skin, and tebasaki-yaki, and onigiri. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a crispy and juicy texture. Especially the skin, it's definitely on a different level compared to chain restaurants. It's so delicious. I love it. I will definitely come back again!

A yakitori restaurant near Cat Street in Harajuku. Despite being in the youth-centric area of Harajuku, it has a calm atmosphere. The staff are excellent and friendly! From the initial reservation phone call to the end, the service was very pleasant. You can choose from omakase or a la carte. This time we went with omakase. We had items like chicken breast, chicken liver, tsukune, chicken wings, okra rolls, etc... a total of 8 skewers. Since there is no menu list, we didn't know what each item cost (lol). Including drinks, it was around 5,500 yen per person.

A delicious yakitori restaurant in Japan that I personally think highly of. It is now a fully reservation-only restaurant with a strict policy of no walk-ins. I love their negima skewers, and their rice bowl topped with minced chicken is a must-try. Their ramen is also excellent.

I don't understand why the rating is low at all, but I'd rather have it become a popular and hard-to-book restaurant. I even thought they intentionally kept the rating low for that reason. I will continue to visit this place. Once I found out about it, I lost interest in other yakitori restaurants.

I made a reservation for 7 o'clock on a weekday and visited. It was delicious.

The place has a quiet atmosphere just off Meiji Street. I wonder if something is missing here... There are more and more delicious yakitori restaurants these days, so I'm not sure if I'll revisit this one.

The highlight of the meal is definitely the grilled chicken tenderloin that comes out first, which will surprise everyone! The tender chicken tenderloin is truly delicious! The salad and garlic grilled dish are also excellent, although they take time to prepare. The light ramen as the finishing touch is very satisfying!

Kashiwa is an excellent quiet restaurant with delicious food.

The restaurant wasn't very spacious, but it was a hidden gem! Everything was delicious. There was a friendly man grilling delicious yakitori.

I haven't been there in a while so I'll have to check it out again.

I don't really like their customer service.
