I usually visit a Mexican restaurant on the same floor, but for the second time in a row, my favorite terrace sofa seat was not available (once due to a typhoon, so it couldn't be helped ( ̄▽ ̄))... Since the terrace is a pleasant place to visit, but if the terrace is not available, I decided to try this restaurant that I have been curious about for a while. The menu looked good and caught my attention, so I finally visited without any regrets this time. As soon as I entered, a very young waiter showed me to my table. One reason I had never entered this type of restaurant before was that I felt uncomfortable in open restaurants without walls like those in department stores. However, this restaurant, despite being close to the street at the entrance, felt calm. Each seat is spacious and relaxing, which may contribute to this impression. I quickly received the menu and looked at it. It was clear that beer was a specialty. Moreover, it's a brasserie (*☻-☻*). This restaurant... or rather, the restaurants on this floor have a very well-matched theme in terms of food, drinks, and atmosphere, with a great concept. Since I can't drink beer, I searched for wine (*☻-☻*). There were few options, but they were of good quality (*☻-☻*). Excitedly, I started drinking the wine that arrived in a cute glass with a bottle I had never seen before. It was very easy to drink and had a good aroma. It felt stomach-friendly but had a good fragrance (*☻-☻*). Just this alone made me feel the quality of the place. For appetizers, I ordered the assorted appetizers. The combination was unusual, and I felt the quality was good. The terrine with vegetable jelly (terrine) was a classic French dish that I had only eaten before. The terrine-shaped (terracotta) presentation also had a classic feel. Although the charcuterie did not include prosciutto, the three types of ham, including pork ham, and two types of salami, one Spanish and one Italian, were satisfying. The pickles had a nice crunch, the taste was not too sour, and it was refreshing and easy to eat. The seasoning of the olives was good, and the rillettes had a nice fatty texture. Just the appetizer was quite satisfying. I asked for a recommendation for red wine among the few options, and the waiter said, "I would prefer this one." So, that one! It was a lovely customer service. The wine was dry and refreshing, just as I like it. The salad was quite substantial and had a bistro feel. The dressing, of course, was homemade and had a fragrant taste with herbs like dill. An interesting menu item at this restaurant is the "casserole steamed" category. You can choose from several flavors, and instead of the usual pork or chicken stew, it featured a main dish of mussels. The next time, I want to try dishes like eel, Niçoise-style salad, or hearty meats. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere of this restaurant were satisfying. I am looking forward to my next visit.
