I went to "Wanzhe Seimenjo" located near Narimasu Station, a pioneer in the tsukemen world, and had their special tsukemen for 1200 yen. The soup, which adds a sharpness to the taste of the main store, has a lingering flavor and is perfectly entwined with the homemade thick noodles, making it incredibly delicious. The soup is filled with chunky chashu, providing a satisfying eating experience! Next time, I want to try the spicy tsukemen! #TobuTojoLineGourmet #NarimasuGourmet #NarimasuRamen #ItabashiGourmet #ItabashiTsukemen #ItabashiRamen #WanzheSeimenjo #WanzheSeimenjoEkiaNarimasuStore #Wanzhe

After drinking, I was surprised to find a place in Narimasu for carbohydrate intake to help break down alcohol. The setup was typical with food ticket machine, counter, and tables. I tried the spicy dipping noodles with seafood broth. It was tasty but not addictive. My friend had regular ramen, which was lighter in flavor compared to the dipping noodles. The portion was not satisfying. When it comes to dipping noodles, I expect a free upsize to satisfy my hunger. This place is more suitable for those who prefer a light meal.

Some people have written in reviews that the soup is lukewarm, but if you ask for it to be served hot, it will come out hot! Generally, the soup is served at the temperature that the owner believes is delicious. I also noticed this on my fourth visit. Just order it hot if you prefer it that way. People have different preferences for the ideal temperature. If it's not hot enough, you can simply ask for it to be reheated. The taste is average.

As it is located inside the station, the seating is limited and not very spacious, but I had been curious about it for a while. I ordered the tsukemen. It had a strong seafood aroma and was delicious. I thought tsukemen would have a thick broth, but the flavor was not as strong as I expected.

I used Seibu Ikebukuro Line and stopped by for lunch. I prefer thick cold noodles with rich and thick dipping sauce, so I had high expectations. The restaurant was crowded during lunchtime. I ordered the special back fat soy sauce dipping noodles and waited. The pork slices were delicious, and the bamboo shoots were thick and tasty. The noodles were thick as I imagined and the broth was flavorful. However, the broth was lukewarm, which was disappointing. The combination of cold noodles and lukewarm broth seemed to be standard, but I didn't understand why. The taste was good overall. There were no options for noodle quantity or extra broth, which was a bit lacking in service. I don't like lukewarm broth, so I might not go back again. Hopefully, they will improve by 2023. The food was delicious, so it might just be the skill of the chefs. However, I was a bit upset when I returned from the restroom and found my bowl had been cleared without asking. I wish they had informed me first. Disappointing.

Visited around 4:00 pm on a holiday. One customer before me and five customers after me. The store is located at Narimasu Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, and it operates continuously. This is a branch of Ganja, a famous shop in Kawagoe City. I think Ganja is known for its tonkotsu shoyu tsukemen, but this special backfat tsukemen with toppings of menma and rice was delicious. The dipping sauce was to my liking, and I also tried the soup-wari. I finished it all and will definitely come back.

When you feel like eating noodles in Narimasu, this is the perfect spot. Last time I had spicy ramen, but this time I tried tsukemen. The seafood soup is great, but personally, I would prefer more fish powder to give it a stronger flavor. Overall, it's a great restaurant. The staff is very friendly and efficient, making you sit up straight with their attentive service!

I usually have tsukemen, but I tried the back fat tsukemen this time and it wasn't very delicious. It felt like the ramen was made by a local Chinese restaurant just to have it on the menu. I also feel like the quality of the noodles has declined compared to before. It might just be the Narimasu branch, but when I had it at the Ikebukuro branch before, I thought both the noodles and soup were of high quality and truly lived up to the reputation. I'll go check the taste at the Ikebukuro branch again next time.

Today's ramen is from Narimasu, "Ganja Seimenjo Eki Narimasu Store". I had a few drinks at the beginning of the fiscal year drinking party today. But for some reason, I started feeling hungry as time passed. When I headed to "Kikoroku", it seemed like they were closing at 10:00. So, I went to "Ganja Seimenjo Eki Narimasu Store" in the station instead. I usually go for the standard "tsukemen", so this time I chose the unusual "back fat soy sauce tsukemen, small size (830 yen)". I thought maybe I should have gone for the regular size since it was only a 50 yen difference. After waiting for 10 minutes, it was brought to me. "(I made a mistake! I should have gone for the regular size!!)" There's not much noodles. The back fat soy sauce tsukemen seems to be a classic menu from the early days of "Ganja" in Tokorozawa, but it wasn't worth reviving. Unlike the rich seafood pork bone soup, this one had a salty thick soup with a lot of back fat. Honestly, I won't be coming back for this. When it comes to tsukemen, the richness of the dipping sauce is crucial, it needs to have a lingering taste that leaves you wanting more.

Today's ramen is from Narimasu, "Gansha Seimenjo Ekia Narimasu Store". I enjoyed yakiniku in Omiya. I didn't finish with bibimbap or naengmyeon, so I got a bit hungry. When it comes to late-night ramen in Narimasu, "Kikoroku" is the go-to place, but they are closed on Mondays. After 9:00 PM, "Dotonbori" closes, and my options become limited. In this situation, Gansha Seimenjo in the station area becomes an option, but the ramen made by the part-time staff doesn't look appealing. However, if I'm going to pay 500 yen for standing soba in front of the station, then the "ramen (880 yen)" seems like a better choice. After a 5-minute wait, it was brought to me. The aroma of the broth is amazing. However, I feel like the slightly curly thick noodles don't quite match the soup. If they used the flat noodles for dipping ramen like the ones served at "Tokyo Underground Ramen Gansha" in Ikebukuro, it would be perfect. I want to enjoy this soup with those smooth straight noodles. Nevertheless, the chashu was delicious with its thick and tender texture. The bamboo shoots seem to be pre-made. I don't understand why the quality of the Narimasu store of Gansha is lower than others. It seems like the lack of motivation in the part-time staff affects the soul of the dish...

I'm not a fan of tsukemen, so I ordered ramen which was served in 5 minutes. The first thing that surprised me was the dried texture of the green onions, they were really dry! The smell of the green onions was at a level that you wouldn't even find in a free restaurant, it was off-putting. At this point, I didn't feel like eating anymore, but I decided to give it a try. Even without the green onions, this ramen would have been sufficient at a cup noodle level. I hate to say it, but this place was below food court standards. I guess having ramen at a tsukemen shop was a mistake after all.

Before my 1:00 appointment, I had a meal with my business partner at this restaurant that I had always been curious about. There is always a long line outside and it comes highly recommended, so I had high expectations. But I never expected it to be this good! The fish powder really stood out and was amazing! I usually avoid fish powder-based miso because the sweetness of the miso often overpowers the flavor, but this one was exceptional! It was so good that I even finished the soup, which rarely happens for me.

Today's ramen is from "Ganza Seimenjo Ekia Narimasu Store" in Narimasu. I arrived at Narimasu Station after drinking for a while, it was 21:00. Tomorrow, golf will probably be canceled due to the snow. If I had golf tomorrow, I wouldn't stuff myself, but today, let's go for ramen as the finishing touch. Surprisingly, I never wrote a review on Tabelog for "Ganza" in Narimasu. I've eaten here many times, but why didn't I write a review? Maybe I drank too much? As usual, I didn't choose ramen, but "tsukemen (930 yen)". After waiting for 5 minutes, it was brought to me. It's the typical Tokyo style tsukemen. First, I tried the three noodles plain as usual. It's made of wheat, barley, and wheat. It's no wonder, coming from a noodle-making shop. However, I can't believe it's 930 yen!! It's not like we're in the heart of Tokyo, they're being too bold. Honestly, this store is damaging the Ganza brand. The staff running the operation are like part-timers, different staff every time. With this kind of staff, it's impossible to provide delicate ramen consistently. This time, the noodle texture and soup temperature were within acceptable range, but I hope they can maintain this quality consistently. As for the taste, it's a fish and pork bone broth that is no longer surprising.

The noodles at this restaurant have a unique texture that combines the chewiness of Sanuki udon with the firmness of fresh pasta, created using the owner's own method. The thick noodles, unmatched by others, are made fresh every morning. While the noodles may differ between the tsukemen and ramen dishes, they are a standout feature of the meal. The fish powder flavor pairs well with the soup, although it could be hotter. The char siu is tender and fatty. The toppings are standard - menma, green onions, and naruto. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

When I first visited, I couldn't rate it very highly, but when I stopped by again, the taste was much closer to the original store. I wonder what happened. Anyway, let me tell you about it. I used to visit Narimasu Station a lot during my student days. And when I was a beginner in the workforce, I often stopped by a ramen shop on my way home. A combination of those two is somehow located inside Narimasu Station. I passed by Narimasu Station for the first time in a while. I saw a photo of the pork belly soy sauce ramen and thought, "Isn't this closer to the original than before?" When I entered the shop and tasted it, everything except the pork belly was almost the same as before. The noodles were a bit fluffy too. I thought to myself while slurping away, "This is not bad, right?" and left the shop after leaving some soup behind.
When you exit the ticket gates at Narimasu Station and head towards the south exit, you will find this restaurant on your right just before going down the stairs. The main store is located in Kawagoe, and they have several branches mainly in Saitama Prefecture. This was my third visit to the Narimasu branch. On this day, I decided to have dinner. In the past, I have always had their tsukemen, but since it's a bit cold today, I opted for ramen. I purchased ramen and a bottled beer from the ticket machine. I sat at a table towards the back. The chilled beer tasted delicious even on a cold day. While sipping my beer, I waited for my ramen to arrive. The soy sauce ramen looked appetizing with a rich flavor. I started by tasting the soup. Although there were no standout ingredients, the soup, a combination of animal and seafood flavors, was quite tasty. The noodles were quite thick, similar to the ones used in their tsukemen. I wondered if the thick noodles would go better with the dipping sauce instead. Nevertheless, the noodles were delicious. The toppings included chashu, naruto, menma, and nori. They were simple but all tasted above average. The portion size was just right, and I finished my meal feeling satisfied. While I still prefer their tsukemen, I was also happy with the ramen at this restaurant.

Located in the Ekimae area of Narimasu Station on the Tobu Line, this ramen restaurant is extremely popular. The main branch is in Kawagoe. I haven't been to the main branch, but I have visited the branch in Odaiba. Although it is recommended to order the tsukemen, I was in the mood for ramen. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen for 880 yen (tax included) using the ticket machine. The soup was light with a good balance of umami and richness. The noodles were slightly thick and had a slightly rough texture, possibly due to the boiling time. I prefer thinner noodles with this soup. The toppings included chashu, menma, naruto, nori, and green onions, all of which were well done. I look forward to trying the tsukemen, miso ramen, and tonkotsu ramen next time. It was delicious.

At Nakamiseki in Ekimae, there is a tsukemen restaurant called Gansha Seimenjo. The interior has about 13 seats, with 7 counter seats and 6 table seats. I chose the standard tsukemen and was pleased that they are open until 11 pm. I visited at 10 pm and was glad they were still open. I ordered the tsukemen for 930 yen from the vending machine. It arrived promptly. The noodles here are round, unlike the flat noodles at the Underground Gansha in Ikebukuro. The tsukemen dipping sauce here is a bit thinner compared to the thicker sauce at the Underground. The chashu here is larger. Personally, I prefer the Underground Gansha as I like the thicker sauce and the wheat aroma of the noodles.
