I visited during lunchtime on a holiday. I occasionally visited the Hirokoji store and Ueno Ekimae store, but it has been about 15 years since I last visited the main store. About 45 years ago, I first visited this main store with my father. Since then, when it comes to yakiniku, it has always been Yosanmichi for me. The entrance has become more luxurious, specializing in black wagyu and A-rank meat, but the atmosphere inside the store has not changed. I started with an Ebisu Black beer at the main store after a long time♪♪ Kakuteki marbled tongue, sliced Harami, squid sashimi, sliced A5 wagyu kalbi. The meat is, of course, more luxurious and thick and delicious than before! Personally, I feel that slightly lower-ranked meat is more delicious than high-quality meats like A5 wagyu, but the taste now is also different and enjoyable. The taste of the preferred meat from before is recreated in the pot-marinated kalbi I ate at the Ueno Ekimae store, and the exquisite oyster sashimi that is no longer on the menu. Eating the Harami, the staff asked, "Will you have lunch?" Oh, I see, there's a clever trick to have a luxurious lunch for just a little over 1,000 yen! I'll try that next time! Lunch is really a great deal! A yakiniku restaurant that has been in business for 60 years. I look forward to coming back to taste this flavor and atmosphere again. Thank you for the meal!

The amazingly delicious cold noodles I want to eat are here. I ordered the cold noodles and bibimbap set, as well as the ramen set, but I honestly didn't have high expectations for the ramen. However, the ramen was so delicious that I thought it was a ramen shop. We ended up ordering the meat set for two people because we wanted to try the meat here. The meat was also delicious!

I want to have yakiniku for lunch, but I don't want to gain weight^^; or eat a lot of low-quality meat because I have work or plans in the afternoon, so I want to eat good quality meat in a light way, or because it's a weekday, I don't want to wait in line, etc.^^;^^; With all these requests, I found the perfect solution at Yansando in Ueno✨✨ Today, I visited the main store in Ueno, which is closer to Ueno-Okachimachi Station. I ordered the Harami lunch✨✨ The lunch meat comes in 5 slices, which may seem a bit small, but they are quite thick and large, equivalent to about 10 smaller pieces of meat (〃∇︎〃). You can also order additional meat if you want to eat more! And of course, Harami is healthy!? and delicious✨✨(*´艸`) It was a late lunch, so the restaurant was empty and I enjoyed my solo yakiniku without feeling self-conscious (‘-^ )b The thickness, size, and sauce of the meat are just perfect✨ It's the best. I burned a lot of calories in the morning, so I need to replenish with yakiniku laugh. Also, the standard side dishes of yakiniku lunch, Namul, Kimchi, and wakame soup, are always so good for the body and delicious.. I always think that. Every time I pass through Ueno, I feel like going back to Yansando, which has three locations around here✨✨ Thank you for the delicious meal~✨✨❣️

This is my friend's favorite yakiniku restaurant. I ordered the usual set with the following meats, rice, and salad: - Wagyu special prime kalbi - Premium tongue salt kalbi The kalbi has a rich fattiness, but both cuts have a substantial thickness and are delicious. What I appreciate the most is that it's within my usual area, easy to make reservations, and has a smoking section. For these reasons, I will continue to dine here in the future. This is a popular yakiniku restaurant in Ueno, with a high rating of 3.49. I was able to get in without a reservation, which was lucky. I ordered a yakiniku set meal for around 1700 yen using a tablet. They offer free extra rice. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with private rooms. However, the food was not that great. The yakiniku was just average and not particularly delicious. It was rather greasy and lacking in meaty flavor. The rice and soup were tasty, but the main highlight, the meat, was disappointing. Is this what the high rating in the yakiniku town is all about?

Lunch with the family in Ueno. There are quite a few yakiniku restaurants in Ueno, so I was debating on which one to go to. The place I really wanted to go to had a long line when I called to inquire, so I gave up and ended up at a different place. We ordered the lunch set with kalbi, harami, and tongue for two people, but we ordered too much. One set per person would have been enough. You can also get a large portion of rice. I realized I tend to order too much, so next time I'll try adding more later. It was nice to be able to grill the meat yourself, and it was delicious to eat it piping hot. There were three types of tongue, and one was too tough to chew, so I had to spit it out. I want to learn more about the yakiniku scene in Ueno. Thank you for the meal.

I used it for my friend's birthday party. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and it seemed like there were a lot of Chinese people and foreign tourists as guests. It was crowded because it was lunchtime, and the inside of the restaurant was a bit smoky from the barbecue. We reserved a course meal, and the meat was delicious, and the included kimchi pancake was amazing! The hormone was well-seasoned and served in a way that hit the spot. I would definitely like to use it again.

They have smokeless roasters, so your clothes won't smell like yakiniku after eating. I visited for lunch on a day with a meeting. Yakiniku Lunch (1,650 yen including tax) - You can now choose between salt, sauce, and spicy flavors. I chose the spicy miso flavor this day. Perfect with rice! Cut-off Kalbi (1,000 yen including tax) - The cut-off kalbi is rich in fat. There are several branches in the Ueno-Okachimachi area, making it a convenient spot to visit.

If you don't have to worry about money, I would want to visit this restaurant again because the food was delicious. The entrance is welcoming and the atmosphere inside is relaxed and enjoyable. The yukhoe and meat sushi were excellent. I recommend trying the pork belly and harami with negi rice.

This was my first visit. I had a course with all-you-can-drink for about 8000 yen. The meat and vegetables were all satisfying. I usually don't order white rice, but the meat was so delicious that I ended up ordering white rice. The service of food and drinks was very fast and good.

Visited around 20:00☺︎ During Golden Week, it was moderately crowded at this time. The restaurant is spacious, so it seems like you can get in without a reservation. The staff's service was good. We ordered various items from beef tongue salt to liver and hormone, and everything was delicious! The grilled squid and seafood pancake were also delicious ♡ I didn't have any disappointing dishes, so I think everything you order is delicious. The original seasoning is strong, so be careful not to put too much. The meat has a satisfying volume, and the salad was so large that even three people couldn't finish it.笑

It's been a while since I visited! I really think this place has great value for money! I had beef tongue, followed by sirloin, harami, and liver, all grilled twice back and forth haha Even without rice, my stomach felt heavy the moment I went to the restroom lol The regular sirloin is on the rare side, so be careful not to overcook it. As someone who likes a bit of redness, it was just right for me. I like to grill the harami well until it has a nice sear on both sides! For those who ordered with sauce, once it's grilled on both sides, add more sauce and grill it again before eating!!! Just like with eel, the flavor becomes richer and goes well with beer and highballs ✨️ Finally, the Yukkejang soup is sweet and spicy, with a soy sauce base, so it's not heavy and tastes great! For those with room in their stomach, you should definitely go for the kuppas! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal ✨️

Today I visited a restaurant called "Yosan Michi" located within a 10-minute walk from Ueno Station. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive, making it a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. It was a very meaningful time. Today is January 1st. It's New Year's Day. The new year has started safely. I had made a reservation at a yakiniku restaurant where I could use Go To Eat at the end of the year. When I inquired about my reservation time, it seemed like they were about to close. Since I smoke, I was seated in the tatami room on the 3rd floor. There were no other customers around. First, I ordered a drink. Premium beer ¥792, Oolong highball ¥682. Next, I ordered some grilled items. Premium tongue with salt ¥3150, Kalbi (short rib) ¥1870, Harami (skirt steak) set ¥2420, Garlic hormone ¥1250. For appetizers, I ordered pickled vegetables for ¥600. It's quite pricey. The grilled items arrived. They looked delicious with a nice amount of marbling. I grilled tongue, kalbi, harami, sirloin, and hormone. It's quite meat-heavy. The thin sauce seems to be the reason. This could be a matter of personal preference. I'm not a big fan. Let's be grateful for being able to enjoy yakiniku from the start of the new year. I hope it will be a great year. I went to "Yakiniku Yozan Michi Ueno Honten" on a regular night. Yozan Michi has 6 stores mainly around Ueno. The Ueno main store is located near Ameyoko, and I think it's closer from Okachimachi Station. The appearance of the store gives off a very traditional vibe, resembling a Chinese restaurant. Upon entering the store, I was guided to a table seat by a calm man. The first floor had only table seats, but there are also seats on the 2nd and 3rd floors. By the way, the restroom is not on the 1st floor, you have to go to the 2nd floor. First, I toasted with a Highball (medium) for 682 yen. There is also a small size available, but the medium comes in a quite large glass. Orders are placed through a touch panel on the table. (Paper menus are also available.) On this day, I ordered the following: - Wagyu Sirloin Aburi Sushi (2 pieces) for 1,320 yen - Marbled Tongue Cut-off for 2,750 yen - Smoked Upper Kalbi for 2,640 yen - Corner-cut Kalbi for 1,650 yen - Garlic Harami for 1,700 yen - Wood Leaf Steak for 2,800 yen - Seafood Chijimi for 1,300 yen Everything was delicious without any complaints. The Kalbi is still fatty, so I was satisfied with a small amount. The Smoked Upper Kalbi didn't have as much smoked flavor as I expected. The most delicious was the Marbled Tongue. With the above dishes and two drinks each, the total for two people was just under 16,000 yen. I think it's worth the price. Yozan Michi has different menus and atmospheres depending on the store, so it might be good to find a store that suits your taste. The lunch was a great value! Visited around 1 pm on November 25, 2022, with no waiting time. Ordered the Harami lunch (salt) for ¥1,700 using the tablet for ordering. You can also add additional meat items if desired. The lunch portion was just right. The Harami meat was large and came in 5 pieces, seasoned with salt and eaten as is after grilling. Paid with the nationwide travel support coupon. Would like to use this restaurant again if I visit Ueno.

I have been to this place several times mainly for lunch, and the quality of the meat is consistently good. This time, I ordered the Wagyu Kalbi lunch. As you can see in the photo, there is not a single piece of meat in a strange place. The amount of fat was just right and it was very delicious. It is a great value for money and a satisfying yakiniku restaurant where you don't have to worry about hitting or missing.

Located in a corner with many bars near Ameyoko, the day we visited was during a long weekend and many places were full, but we finally managed to get a table here. The menu was available, but orders were placed using a terminal. I had the yakiniku lunch for 1550 yen with an additional harami for 990 yen, while my companion had the half bibimbap and cold noodles lunch for 1300 yen. The sauce was on the sweeter side and the quality of the meat was good, but compared to other yakiniku restaurants I've been to, the prices were higher, especially the thin three slices of harami for 990 yen, which was a bit disappointing in terms of taste. The namul side dish that came with the meal was not made with bean sprouts as expected, but with regular bean sprouts, which was a letdown. I also tried my companion's cold noodles, and while the sauce was tasty and the noodles had a nice chewy texture, there was too little noodles in the dish.
