SYNdicate cafe in Harajuku, a cafe tucked away in a quiet alley. I tried their cold brew and ham and cheese hot sandwich. The hot sandwich had a crispy and fluffy texture, with a delicious combination of ham, cheese, and a unique taste of cucumber. For those who don't like cucumbers, be cautious. The cafe has a spacious and open atmosphere with a modern feel. The terrace seating is perfect for taking photos with your cup, and I recommend it for enjoying the upcoming pleasant weather. I would like to relax on the terrace and feel the breeze next time.

I visited around 5 p.m. on Saturday and waited for about 5 minutes. It was very hot that day and I wanted something refreshing, so I ordered lemonade and lemon cake. They were both delicious! The lemon cake was thick and satisfying, while the lemonade had a homemade taste with honey and lemon blending perfectly, making it a perfect drink for summer! The interior of the shop is stylish with concrete, making it great for couples or otaku activities. (By the way, there are two restrooms, both very clean! The fact that they had Aesop hand soap made me happy, haha)

On weekdays it's not crowded, but on weekends it gets busy... The menu is mostly focused on food, with few dessert options. However, I was satisfied because I was able to eat the pudding I was looking forward to. It's small, but the pudding was slightly firm and not too sweet. It seems like the terrace is popular on sunny days ☀️

The atmosphere of the shop was stylish and very popular. I visited around noon and there were a few empty seats. I ordered a latte and it was delicious. They only had one size available, so it would be nice if they had a larger size as well.

I visited the restaurant around 4 pm on a weekday. The place was about 80% full. When I sat down, a staff member brought me water and a menu, which surprised me with its unique design. The food and dessert menu were on cute cards. After a while, a pudding was brought to me, and I tried it! It had a firm and creamy texture, and although it was more filling than it looked, I finished it quickly. The cozy atmosphere with not too bright lighting was nice. The set with a drink cost 1200 yen, which was reasonable. I'd like to try other desserts as well.

Located in the Omotesando/Harajuku area, this stylish cafe in the back streets of Harajuku features a trendy concrete building. I wanted to have lunch there but didn't have time, so I got a drink to go instead. I visited around 11 am on a Saturday and there was no wait, with plenty of seating available inside. Everyone was taking photos by the cafe's wall. The cups are Instagram-worthy and make you look stylish just by holding them! The food also looked delicious, so I would like to visit again for lunch next time!

I visited SYNdicate cafe in Harajuku. I had seen it on Instagram and wanted to check it out. It's conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Harajuku Station. The cafe has a trendy and stylish atmosphere, with a modern industrial design. It seems like there is also a gallery downstairs. I decided to have lunch there and ordered the cafe's unique Napoletana dish for ¥1200. The presentation was very stylish, with thin noodles and a perfectly balanced tomato sauce. It came with carrot salad and broccoli on the side. I also tried the Showa-era pudding for ¥650, which had a nostalgic flavor and a nice firm texture. It was topped with whipped cream and a cherry, and had a delicious caramel sauce. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely visit again.

On a regular day, there was a long line of people waiting and the place was very busy. The interior of the restaurant was dimly lit and had a nice atmosphere. Although I only had drinks this time, the food and desserts looked really delicious, so I would like to go back again.

Matcha latte (HOT) ¥750. There were a lot of people outside, so I thought they were waiting, but it turned out they were taking photos on the wall of the shop, so I was able to enter quickly. There were many young women, and it didn't seem like a place where you could relax.

This place is located just off a small alley right after exiting from Harajuku Station towards Omotesando. I've always wanted to visit but couldn't find the location, and once I confirmed the location, I never had the chance to go... Finally, I was able to visit. I arrived just before lunchtime, so I had the lunch set. On this day, I had the mushroom and salmon fried rice, along with coffee. I didn't expect there to be a Japanese-style lunch, but it was unexpectedly delicious and surprised me. The timing of my visit was good, and the restaurant was quite empty, so I was able to relax. I brought my laptop, so I was quite productive. It's conveniently located near the station, stylish, and reasonably priced, so I wonder why the restaurant's rating on Tabelog isn't higher. Maybe it's because the location is hard to find? Personally, it has become one of my favorite cafes.

Chicken and broccoli peperoncino for ¥1100, with an Earl Grey ice cream for ¥250 (during lunch hours, drinks with a mark are ¥250!). The menu is cute like playing cards! It's nice that there are pictures so you don't have to look it up on Instagram! This is thoughtful in a subtle way. The broccoli and chicken both have a strong flavor and were delicious! The peperoncino was also delicious, of course! The curry ordered by other customers smelled amazing in the stylish interior! The desserts also look delicious and I'm curious about them!

I visited during lunchtime and it was so good that I went for a relaxing tea time in the evening (around 5pm).
- Peach and Muscat brand tea
- Honey lemon cake
The atmosphere of the shop is great, and the cake is delicious. The evening atmosphere is different from the daytime, with a slightly dim interior that is calming. The sponge part is dense yet slightly crumbly, with the acidity of lemon and the perfect balance of sweetness from honey. The white covering around the cake also has a hint of lemon flavor and honey sweetness, making it delicious. The honey lemon cake is homemade, so you can only taste this unique flavor here. The sponge part is not too sweet, which is just to my liking.

A hidden gem cafe in a residential area of back alleys about 5 minutes from Harajuku Station. The modern, minimalist atmosphere is quite trendy. I visited on a weekday at 2pm and was surprised to find it very crowded! I went for lunch, but by that time there were only two menu items left, which was a bit disappointing. The staff were very busy, but they still managed to attend to customers well and provide explanations. I was seated within 15 minutes, and ordered the nostalgic omurice with curry sauce and iced chamomile tea. The meal arrived surprisingly quickly, which was great as I had some urgent matters to attend to. The dish had slightly salty ketchup-flavored chicken rice inside, with a mildly spicy curry, perfectly fluffy egg, and a hint of buttery aroma and taste - it was delicious! The portion was larger than it looked, so I was very satisfied. The chamomile tea was also delicious, as they brewed it from the tea leaves. I'm curious about the lemonade and other drinks, so I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

While in Harajuku in 2021, I decided to stop by a cafe after a long time. I ordered the "Showa Pudding" for ¥600 and the "Matcha Latte" for ¥750, tax included. I was hesitant about getting a drink in the scorching sun, but after browsing through Instagram, I settled on the iced matcha latte. It turned out to be a great choice, helping me cool down and enjoy the delicious hard pudding. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the meal!

On a regular day at 5:40 pm, it took about a 10-minute walk from Omotesando Station to reach the shop, which was quite crowded. I managed to slip into a bench seat near the entrance. I ordered a Showa-style pudding for 600 yen and a cold brew for 600 yen. By getting the drink set, I saved 100 yen. The pudding was firm and on the smaller side, with a mild sweetness and a slightly bitter caramel flavor. Considering the size, it was a bit pricey. They also had a good selection of light meal options that you can both eat and drink. It was a trendy and stylish cafe. Thank you for the meal!

The pizza toast is made with chewy bread topped with lots of bacon and cheese. The perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness makes it delicious with every bite. The cafe has an open-air atmosphere with exposed concrete walls.
I visited on a Sunday and the seats were always full, so I recommend going early!

It has a semi-underground feel but an open and stylish atmosphere, a lovely cafe. It could be nice in spring, summer, and autumn. It's mainly Western food and desserts, but the menu book had a good variety of options. I didn't expect to find wifi in such a relaxed cafe atmosphere, but it was available.

【SYNdicate cafe (Harajuku)】★★★★⭐︎Located a 2-minute walk from Harajuku Station, this cafe in the back streets of Harajuku has a concrete-based, industrial atmosphere! I visited on a rainy day, but on sunny days, the windows are fully open. They offer a wide range of menu items including pasta for lunch, pudding and baked sweets for dessert, and a variety of drinks! (Quite) ◎ Today's snack ¥-(prices vary depending on the item!) ◎ Lemonade ice ¥750 The menu is so extensive that I had a hard time choosing and ended up making a random choice (embarrassing). The drinks are a bit pricey, but the size is quite large, so it's worth it! It's really big. The lemonade has a refreshing lemon acidity with just the right amount of honey sweetness, making it delicious! It's not too sweet! It's really satisfying because it's so generous. Today's snack, the Honey Lemon Cake, was quite dense and moist, giving it a satisfying texture! The first bite hits you with the acidity of the lemon, but the buttery aroma is also strong, making it easy to eat and tasty. And the chopped lemon peel in it? Adds a fun texture with its bits! I had to leave in a hurry, and when I asked if I could take the cake to go, the staff (possibly the owner) was very polite and accommodating. I was so impressed by their kindness that I wanted to thank them again... The cafe has a very industrial and stylish atmosphere, giving off a cool vibe in Harajuku! It seems to be very crowded on weekends, but since I visited on a weekday, I was lucky to be seated right away! The drinks are a bit pricey, but the size is quite large, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cafe with friends. I would love to go back again.

The café located in a small alley is very quiet and has a nice atmosphere, different from the crowded image of main roads in the city center. The open layout is nice. I had lunch in the stylish interior that felt like a terrace. The lunch menu was fine, but some drinks I ordered were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing.

Coffee break with friends.
■Overview
A cafe located in a residential area off the main street in Harajuku. The cafe is made of concrete and has a simple taste that is popular among young people. The interior has table seating, and the terrace has bench seating for sitting.
■Menu
In addition to the typical cafe menu items such as coffee, cafe latte, and tea, they also offer lemonade and smoothies. Based on what I saw on social media, lemonade seems to be particularly popular among young women. The menu ranges from sweets like pudding and ice cream to hearty meal options like curry.
On this day, I visited in the evening for a coffee break. I ordered an iced coffee (590 yen).
■Impression
I knew beforehand that this was a popular spot, and upon arrival, there was indeed a line. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was able to place my order. Since the interior was full, I waited for my drink on a bench outside. The iced coffee had a refreshing taste typical of cold brew, perfect for a hot afternoon to refresh myself. The cafe is very stylish, making it a great choice for a date or outing. Thank you for the meal.
