The Apa Hotel Umi Station is relatively close to the Disney Resort and has a good location. It offers a great deal with reasonable accommodation rates and a super luxurious breakfast included. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of items such as freshly baked bread, chanko-nabe (sumo wrestler's stew), wanko soba (a type of noodle dish), and creamy potato soup. There are also some unusual menu items available.

I decided to try the morning buffet even though it was the same price with or without the coupon. There were various elaborate dishes, and overall, I think they are doing a decent job. I left feeling full. It's also nice that you can take a cup of coffee to go.

[A year after revisiting] I revisited the same event as a year ago. I felt a bit disappointed to pay the same fee for a standing buffet, as I didn't particularly come here by choice. However, I appreciate the effort made compared to a year ago, such as putting name tags next to the dishes on the serving plates. Considering the guests' preferences, serving carbohydrates would satisfy a certain level of customer satisfaction, making it an easy crowd to please. Unfortunately, the cost-performance has decreased compared to a year ago, and the overall score is also disappointing.
[Overview] This hotel chain has been opening one after another in the city center since the second half of 2012. They have also expanded to a quiet and uneventful area near Shiomi Station on the Keiyo Line. Although only local trains stop there, it's a hidden gem considering it's only 3 stops (about 10 minutes) to Tokyo Station.

I had to work in Ichikawa, Chiba from early in the morning, so I stayed at this hotel with visitors from overseas the night before. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Umi Station, but the downside is that there are few places nearby to eat. What's amazing about this hotel is that the accommodation fee is much cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast is in buffet style and the variety and quality are not bad at all. The venue is spacious, so even with many guests, you can easily find a place to sit. Thank you for the meal.

This is an Apa Hotel with a large artificial hot spring bath. You enter the bath on the 2nd floor with a card key and go downstairs to the bath on the 1st floor. There are two outdoor baths and one large indoor bath, all using radium hot springs. It's very warm and relaxing, especially in the colder months. I spent about 2 hours leisurely enjoying the baths. The bed in the room was a regular semi-double bed, different from the Apa Hotel in Yokohama where I stayed before. The tea set in the room had green tea bags and coffee cups. At the front desk, they sell retort packs of curry from Apa President Hotel. I've seen them in Yokohama too, so Apa Hotels may sell them everywhere. The curry is delicious and has a rich flavor.

I stayed at an APA Hotel near Chidami Station and had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Since I only had rice balls for dinner last night, I tried a little bit of everything for breakfast. The portion size was small, but the taste was decent overall. Having a variety of options to choose from was nice. In terms of access, the platform for the Keiyo Line is far from Tokyo Station, which could be a downside. On the other hand, it might be convenient for people going to Tokyo Disneyland. Anyway, now that I'm full, I'm off to explore!

This is a hotel chain that has been opening one after another in the city center since the second half of 2012. They have also expanded to a quiet and unremarkable station called Shiomicho on the Keiyo Line. Although only local trains stop there, it is a hidden gem considering it's only a 10-minute ride to Tokyo Station. There doesn't seem to be any facilities nearby that can accommodate events, so the banquet hall at this hotel becomes a useful option. We had a standing reception for over 80 people, and it felt a bit cramped. The food consisted mainly of oily dishes geared towards young people, such as meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and fried rice. The taste was nothing special, just average, but surprisingly it was quite popular.
