I love the pork cutlet sandwich here, but the limited edition bento boxes are also really impressive. I also love the daily specials, even though you have to ask for them specifically. The bento boxes are so well put together, with rice and pork on both sides. I will continue to love this place as long as I live here.

I happened to pass by a large sign for a huge pork cutlet sandwich. It had a great presence. The Super Mix Sandwich for ¥650 includes a pork cutlet, a minced meat cutlet, and a shrimp fry - a trinity of flavors. The timing must have been just right because everything was still slightly warm and hadn't cooled down yet. The toast had a nice brown crust on both sides. The pork cutlet, minced meat cutlet, and shrimp fry were all delicious. Personally, I liked the minced meat cutlet the best, but the shrimp fry had tasty shrimp and the pork cutlet was better than Maisen in my opinion.

The famous power-harassing Colonel once said that his short-lived reign was nothing but a result of his own actions. One dish that excites me and other "fools" is the Super Mix Sandwich at Kings Table. It includes fillet, minced meat, and shrimp, all with thick and beautiful layers. We all eagerly visit the place, even if it's a bit far from Asakusa, just to get our hands on it. The shrimp in it is just art! Following the trend, I bought the black pork without any doubt, only to realize something shocking while waiting to pay. What's that bento box with rice on both sides?! And pork sauté with tonkatsu?! That must have been the one I wanted! The dream daily bento box costs 550 yen, and its availability depends on luck. Whether to buy it or not is up to you.

When you come to Asakusa, it feels like there are not many places to eat lunch around. I searched and found a nearby sandwich shop called "Special Pork Cutlet Sandwich Shop." The shop was located right behind the coin parking where I parked. It was a takeout-only shop with a showcase facing the street, run by a super cute and friendly lady. I couldn't resist and ended up buying two sandwiches - one was a Super Mix Sandwich with thick pork cutlet, and the other was a mix of pork cutlet, minced meat, and shrimp cutlet. I spread some mustard on them and they were delicious! The thick meat was really good. The pork cutlet sandwich was especially tasty, but the slightly warm minced meat and crispy shrimp cutlet were also delicious. Each sandwich cost ¥600, but I got one at half price because of a special offer. It was a good deal considering the quality. I recommend it if you want to eat something good but not too expensive. It would be great if you could warm them up slightly in the microwave before eating to enhance the flavor. I often see Western tourists around this area, maybe they are staying in Asakusa or coming here specifically for this shop? It might be considered very affordable for them. With the right online exposure, I feel like this shop could become even more popular.

The thick cutlet is incredibly delicious. Even though it's not freshly made, the bread is moist and fluffy, and the cutlet is not tough. It's wonderful.

The tonkatsu cutlets are incredibly thick. I felt full after eating just 2 out of the 3 pieces. The balance of toasted bread, sweet sauce, and thick, tender pork cutlet is incredibly delicious. (They use meat from Oosawa-san) The croquette sandwich is also satisfying with a whole piece in each. It's easy to miss when driving by. It's located on the left side, just a little past Jonathan's on the embankment street, coming from the Minowa direction.

This is a katsu sandwich shop in Asakusa! It's a bit of a walk from the Tobu Skytree Line or Toei Asakusa Line stations, just head from Hanamichi Street onto Dote Street towards Yoshiwara Gate. There are a few types of sandwiches, but I chose the one labeled as "Super" among the ones labeled as "Special". At this shop, the "Super" seemed to be the higher quality option, but which is actually better, "Super" or "Special"? The sandwiches are pre-made so there's no wait, just pick up and enjoy! Now, as for the taste... The Super Mix Sandwich contains fillet, minced meat, and shrimp. By the way, the Special Mix Sandwich replaces the shrimp with croquette. The volume is amazing, especially the thickness of the fillet katsu is extraordinary. It's soft and easy to chew even when not hot. The bread is moist and soft, enveloping everything perfectly. The shrimp isn't huge, but still has a good thickness without extra breading, and the meat is plump and delicious. The minced meat was surprisingly the most flavorful and had a smooth texture that was incredibly delicious. Overall, the sandwich was top-notch and could easily rival a Western restaurant with its quality ingredients. The price was reasonable, making it a very cost-effective sandwich.

I walked about 10 minutes from Asakusa Temple on a holiday afternoon, and most of the items were sold out. I bought a pork cutlet sandwich for 600 yen. The meat was very tender and delicious! I have tried several cutlet sandwiches, but I think this one ranks high. I would like to buy it again when I visit Asakusa.

I read a reviewer's article and visited the restaurant. It's a bit of a walk from Asakusa (or rather, it's difficult to find the nearest station!), but it's within my walking territory. They specialize in katsu sandwiches, with their "Hire Katsu Sandwich" being famous, as well as croquette sandwiches, menchi katsu sandwiches, and shrimp fry sandwiches. I went there on a Saturday after 12 o'clock and managed to buy the last shrimp fry sandwich (700 yen) right away. I also got the "Hire Katsu Sandwich" (600 yen). The fillings are just the fry. They have a sauce flavor. The bread is thick and soft, allowing the fillings to stand out. The hire katsu is soft! Very tender and juicy. Delicious...! And the shrimp fry was also very tasty. The plump and bouncy shrimp fry. A simple yet delicious sandwich, very satisfying. I will definitely go back to buy more! Thank you for the meal.

While walking at night, I found a sandwich shop I knew the name of, but didn't expect it to be here! Sometimes it's good to take a different route than usual. I visited during the day later on, around 2 pm on a weekday, and there were still sandwiches left. Phew! The big sign said "Hirekatsu Sandwich", which must be their specialty, right? But since it's my first time, maybe I should go for the "Super Mix Sandwich" (600 yen tax included) with hirekatsu, menchikatsu, and my favorite ebi fry. There's also a "Special Mix Sandwich" (550 yen tax included) with croquette. No vegetables, just sauce in this simple sandwich. Unfortunately, the hirekatsu was barely there, mostly just bread. They cut the bread into thirds, so if you hit the middle, it's packed, but if you hit the edges, it's mostly bread. Such a hit or miss situation (laughs). The ebi fry sandwich was the best! Juicy shrimp. With the generous portion, I'm totally satisfied for 600 yen! (Late autumn 2022) Located along the riverside street, about a 17-minute walk from Kaminarimon. The address is in Asakusa 5-chome, but it's closer to Yoshiwara than Asakusa, so tourists hardly ever go there.

A famous sandwich shop located along Doke Street, around halfway between Asakusa Station, Minowa Station, and Minami-Senju Station. Established in 1914, Niku no Oyama used to be the predecessor, and now they sell sandwiches with fried food stuffed in bread. The Mix Sandwich (with fillet cutlet, croquette, and minced cutlet) is a popular menu item. The fillet cutlet is thick but very tender and delicious. The croquette has a nostalgic flavor, and the minced cutlet goes well with the bread. Another version of the Mix Sandwich (with fillet cutlet, minced cutlet, and shrimp fry) has a different content, with shrimp fry instead of croquette. The shrimp fry goes well with the sauce. Despite being located in a somewhat isolated place, it is quite a popular shop. They are almost sold out by early afternoon. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the sandwich shop around 12 pm on Saturday. It had been a while, but I didn't forget the location. There was no parking lot, so I used a coin parking nearby. At the storefront, there were only a few mixed sandwiches and pork cutlet sandwiches left. I bought a pork cutlet sandwich and a mixed sandwich to take home. When I ate the pork cutlet sandwich at home, it was thick and satisfying, soft, and incredibly delicious. The mixed sandwich had pork cutlet, croquette, and shrimp fry in it, and I particularly liked the shrimp fry sandwich. The plump shrimp was sandwiched in and tasted amazing. The shop is a hidden gem far from the station, and the female staff is always kind and welcoming. The delicious pork cutlet sandwich and shrimp fry sandwich were a treat. I want to cherish this sandwich shop.

It was around 11:30 on a weekend afternoon, and there was only a little bit left. I purchased the remaining items: Mix (fillet, croquette, minced meat) for 550 yen, All-Star (fillet, croquette, minced meat, shrimp) for 750 yen, and Mix (fillet, croquette, large shrimp) for 800 yen. It had been a while since I visited "King's Table." The prices had gone up quite a bit, but oh well, it couldn't be helped. The sandwiches were seasoned with sauce and had a relatively mild flavor. I like to add mustard to mine. I think the minced meat and croquette were delicious, but well, everyone has their own preferences.

I received a gift of sandwiches. Although I was not familiar with the shop, the visual appearance of the sandwiches was perfect. The shrimp fry sandwich was a new sensation yet strangely nostalgic in taste. Delicious. The thick but tender tonkatsu sandwich was impressive! The croquette and minced meat sandwiches were voluminous and had a comforting, nostalgic taste. The fact that mustard packets were included was also a big plus! I should have prepared some coffee to go with them haha. Thank you for the meal.

While exploring the Asakusa area, I came across a charming shop and decided to go in. The sign outside advertised their Katsu Sandwich, and I must say, the thick cutlet was incredibly delicious. Even when it cooled down, the tenderloin cutlet sandwich was still tasty, allowing me to savor the flavor of the pork.

I stopped by this place for takeout during work. They had several types of sandwiches displayed outside the shop, and even bento boxes. I wanted to get the pork cutlet sandwich, but they were sold out. Instead, I got the mixed sandwich which had pork cutlet, croquette, minced meat, and shrimp tempura sandwiches. I took it home and it was delicious! The pork cutlet was thick and very filling. The sandwiches here are always tasty and affordable. The cost performance is excellent. Thank you for the wet towel as well, very thoughtful. I have to come back here again!

Visited the restaurant at 11 am when they opened. The friendly auntie staff's service was so good that I want to go back again. I bought a takeout set of shrimp cutlet, pork cutlet, minced cutlet, and croquette. The bread was crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. The quality of the cutlets was also good, it felt like it would cost around 1,500 yen at other shops. Auntie at King's Table, I will visit again!

I revisited the shop and purchased a tonkatsu sandwich, croquette sandwich, and mixed sandwich. They were all sold out quickly, which shows how delicious they are. The shop may not stand out, but I know its taste is exceptional. I will enjoy these sandwiches at home. The tonkatsu sandwich had a thick and tender tonkatsu, and it was very tasty considering the affordable price. The croquette sandwich was very filling with two layers of croquette. It was delicious! I need to go back and buy more. Thank you for the meal.

I passed by and decided to visit the shop to make a purchase. It might be a bit hard to find for first-timers, so it's better to go early before they sell out. They have packs with Menchi, Hirekatsu, Croquettes, etc., but today I got the Hirekatsu sandwich! They had it, they had it! I bought the Hirekatsu sandwich and took it home. They also gave me a wet wipe. The Hirekatsu sandwich... it's so cheap. I took it home and now it's time to eat! The thick cutlet is delicious! The toasted bread is crispy, and the inside is fluffy. It's so tasty! I hope this bakery continues to do well. I want them to keep thriving. I have to visit again. The owner is also very nice and left a good impression. It was delicious!

Along the embankment street of Oku Asakusa, sandwiches are sold at a storefront that looks like the entrance of a private house. The Special Mix, which includes pork cutlet, shrimp, and croquette, costs 800 yen. The pork cutlet is thick and full of meaty flavor, the shrimp is surprisingly delicious, and the croquette is also very filling. The sandwich bread is toasted and specially designed to go well with the cutlet and sauce. They also offer individual sandwiches, with the pork cutlet priced at 600 yen. It's a great value for the price, with flavors and portions that exceed expectations, making it a convenient and excellent choice for everyday dining.
