During the three-day weekend, we went to a restaurant and had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes around 3 pm. Despite the lack of a waiting system, the deliciousness and cost performance made the wait worthwhile. We ordered what we wanted to eat for two people, and it cost around 4000-5000 yen. The sea urchin sushi was priced at around 300-400 yen per piece, but considering the recent price increases, it was quite affordable for the quality. With some sushi chains no longer offering plates for 100 yen, I felt that this restaurant is working hard to maintain high-quality ingredients. I would like to visit again on a weekday next time.

Maguro, fresh octopus, salted sea urchin, and 14 other dishes, kenchin soup, clam miso soup, 2 black oolong teas, total 6215 yen. I had the opportunity to try the catering sushi from Mitsui Main Store at a friend's house before, and it was very delicious, so I decided to visit this restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, bright, and has a nice atmosphere. I ordered using a tablet. I ordered the recommended dishes of the month, today's specials, and other items that caught my eye. I can't remember exactly, but the staff recommended a fish that was freshly prepared and it was delicious, although it was a white fish. The rest of the dishes were at a normal conveyor belt sushi level. The kenchin soup and clam miso soup were delicious. I had high expectations due to the Mitsui name, but it was a bit disappointing.

I arrived around 4:30 PM and there was quite a line, but I was able to get in by 5 PM. I ordered the ultimate tofu salad, tuna menchi, kids set (1 inari, 1 shrimp, 1 egg), slimy battleship set (1 natto, 1 yam, 1 okra), tuna, kanpyo roll, and yellowtail. It cost around 1200 yen. The portions were huge! The toppings were overflowing from the rice. The taste was really delicious and the freshness was good. It's worth waiting in line for. However, the salad and menchi katsu took quite a long time to be served. It might be better to not order too many side dishes here. The taste was just okay. But the quality and cost performance of the sushi was amazing! It was really delicious.

This is my second review of this restaurant. I arrived on a weekday around 10:40 am. Usually, there is a long line, but this day it was empty, and I was the second group in line. The line started to grow quickly after that. I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened at 11 am! Based on my past experience, I grabbed the recommended items that were flowing on the conveyor belt - fatty tuna, fatty tuna sushi, and horse mackerel sushi. The fatty tuna was soft, rich, and sweet, very delicious! The horse mackerel was okay today. The highlight was the shirako, which was firm and tasty, and the bonito flakes on top were excellent. Also, the recommended jumbo scallop was really big and sweet! The crab was small but tasty. The sea urchin was impressive, with a rich flavor, so I ended up ordering it twice. The egg omelet was not too sweet, slightly warm, and quite filling. The chanpon soup was almost like miso soup, with lots of ingredients like daikon radish, carrot, fried tofu, kikurage mushrooms, tofu, and pork. On the other hand, the scallop with leeks had weak seasoning and seemed thinner compared to before. Unfortunately, the autumn inari sushi I bought to take home turned out to be a regular inari sushi, even though I paid for the autumn version. It was a disappointing souvenir. But the food I had at the restaurant was delicious, and I plan to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I love the standing sushi bar Midori in Echika in Ikebukuro, so I had high expectations when I went there. I remembered that the taste was not great when I went a long time ago, so I went this time with the intention of getting revenge. I waited for less than 30 minutes to get in, maybe because it was a Monday. I ordered various items including Otoro (550 yen), but sometimes there was a fishy smell. The rice was not very vinegary, and in the end, my impression this time was also like "hmm...". If this is the taste, I might be more satisfied with Sushiro. At least, I don't think I would wait in line for over an hour.

I usually order dishes with a focus on blue fish, such as mackerel, horse mackerel, sardine, and tuna. The taste is consistently good. I also enjoy dishes like sweet shrimp battleship sushi, scallop battleship sushi, and extra-large red shrimp. The restaurant always has a line, but the food is always delicious. Despite the strike at Seibu Department Store in Ikebukuro, the restaurant was operating as usual. It makes me realize how grateful I am for them to continue their normal business. I am thankful to everyone involved in the restaurant!

This is the revolving sushi restaurant at Meigao, called Midori Sushi. It opened at 11:00, the same time as Seibu's revolving sushi, and when I arrived at 11:15, it was already full with a line forming. I entered at 12:00. There were not many sushi dishes flowing on the conveyor belt. You order from a touch panel. The tuna was delicious.

The shrimp was even more delicious than I imagined, with a creamy texture. There is always a long line, but the cost performance is good. If I can find a place that doesn't require waiting in line, I would prefer to go there instead. The sea urchin was quite smelly, which was disappointing.

When it comes to sushi, there are plenty of delicious options if you're willing to pay, but there is no better value than Midori Sushi! The taste is excellent, the portions are generous, and everything you eat is delicious. Plus, their pudding is so good that it's worth going just for that. Even though there's always a line, the turnover is quick so you don't have to wait long to eat. I want to go back again and again.

After waiting for my turn, I ordered items such as Sweet Shrimp for 250 yen, Halibut for 350 yen, Bigfin Reef Squid for 220 yen, Medium Fatty Tuna for 380 yen, Fresh Mackerel for 300 yen, Swimming Horse Mackerel for 270 yen, Grilled Fatty Sardine for 220 yen, Fatty Tuna Roll for 330 yen, and Chawanmushi for 220 yen, totaling 2540 yen excluding tax. To be honest, the taste was quite average and subjective. However, the reasonable prices, decent portion sizes, and quality make it popular among young people and families. The high cost-performance ratio seems to be the key to its popularity.

This is a familiar revolving sushi restaurant in the Midori Sushi chain. I had never been there before because there is always a long line, but this time I happened to go on a weekday night just before closing time, so I decided to stop by. I was able to get in smoothly, but as I was looking at the menu, I was told it was the last order. I ordered the following items, just enough to snack on: - Draft beer (Extra Gold) 650 yen - Horse mackerel 130 yen - Tuna set 550 yen The draft beer was cold and delicious, but the sushi was just average. However, sitting down is definitely more relaxing than standing at a sushi counter, and the menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, and this place is located in a department store so it's easily accessible. I noticed that there were many foreign tourists and groups of women enjoying their sushi on this day.

I went to a sushi restaurant in Ikebukuro for the first time, and there was a long line. I was hesitant, but decided to wait and try it. It was worth the wait - the sushi was delicious and there were no disappointing dishes. Plus, it only cost around 4200 yen for two people, which is cheaper than I expected. The turnover rate was good, so the wait wasn't as long as I thought. I recommend this place if you're in Ikebukuro and can't decide where to eat sushi.

On a regular weekday for lunch, the restaurant opens at 11 am, but there was already a long line when I arrived around 10:30 am, with about 20 people ahead of me. I joined the line and managed to get inside after the first round of seating. Once seated, I enjoyed some delicious toro (fatty tuna) and kinmedai (golden eye snapper) sushi rolls that were flowing on the conveyor belt! Both were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and raised my expectations. After placing a few orders on the touch panel, a delicious unagi (eel) and tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) dish came around on the belt! It was tasty! Due to the rush of orders right after opening, the food took quite a bit of time to arrive. Everything was delicious, but especially the uni (sea urchin) sushi roll was rich, the kazunoko (herring roe) was firm, and even the cheapest horse mackerel had a flavorful taste. However, the otoro (fatty tuna) was not fully thawed yet, so it had some tough parts, which was disappointing considering how delicious the toro sushi roll was. The anago (conger eel) was a bit thin compared to before, lacking its previous volume, and the scallop escargot had a slightly sloppy seasoning. Despite these minor issues, the food was affordable, tasty, and satisfying for the variety I tried. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal!

Today, Akemi Tori-san once again impressed with its amazing cost performance. I hadn't eaten until the late afternoon, so I thought it would be empty and decided to visit. As expected, there were few people in line at the early evening, so I was able to get in quickly. However, there were still four people waiting, showing that it is still a popular restaurant. The quality of the sushi is better than that of major chain restaurants, and the prices are quite reasonable. It was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Ikebukuro for work and felt like eating something light, so I visited a sushi restaurant around 11:30 am on a weekday. There were already about 30 people waiting, but I was able to get in after waiting for about 30 minutes. I ordered a luxurious 4-piece set and my favorite raw octopus. The taste was okay. Come to think of it, I also waited in line to eat at Midori Sushi in Shibuya before, and it was just okay as well. The sushi rice felt a bit weak and tended to fall apart easily. The medium fatty tuna had less oil than expected, which was disappointing, and the raw octopus was decent with some inconsistency in thickness. The price was less than 1100 yen, so the cost performance was good. At this price, this level of quality is acceptable. I may have had too high expectations because I waited in line. There were many tourists around, so it may be a restaurant targeting that demographic. I would recommend it to those who just want a light snack.

I visited the Seibu Ikebukuro store around 3 PM and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes. I used to frequent the Sky Building in Yokohama, but I wanted to try the Seibu Ikebukuro store, so I stopped by on my way back from errands. It had been a while since I last visited a sushi restaurant, and the atmosphere inside was lively with many customers. The sushi pieces were large and overflowing from the shari, making them very fresh and delicious. Everything was tasty, but I especially enjoyed the fatty tuna and raw baby sardine battleship sushi. It cost around 2400 yen for 9 plates, which was very wallet-friendly. I would love to go back again.

It's been a while since I visited Midori Sushi. It seems to be getting more popular as time goes by. Just a few years ago, it wasn't as crowded as it is now. I ordered a lot of dishes, so I couldn't keep track of everything I ate, but the impression is that they always provide consistent quality sushi. I'll probably come back in 1 or 2 years!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday around 5:30 pm. It took about 1 hour to enter the restaurant. You can order using a touch panel, which is very convenient. Sushi also comes around on a conveyor belt, but I think it's mostly ordered. I would like to go again.

Popular conveyor belt sushi chain at Seibu Ikebukuro main store restaurant street, usually the busiest store, but today surprisingly had less than half the usual number of customers waiting in line, so I decided to line up after a long time. It took about 15 minutes to get seated at the counter inside, and there were still about 3 hours until closing time (it is 8:00 PM now). However, the conveyor belt was not moving, and orders were being taken through touch panel screens. Although more and more customers were being seated, some parts of the kitchen were already starting the cleaning process, causing a delay in serving the dishes. On weekdays at night, there was a proper line, and even though there is a time limit, the turnover is very good. Especially recommended are the head-on shrimp and fatty tuna. The ingredients are fresh and large! Everything I ate was delicious!
