TACKNMON
I remember a time when I really wanted to shout "echo" and drove two hours to some unknown mountain to shout, but no echo came back. I cried on my way back. Today, I visited Daikanyama Yamabiko, located somewhere between Daikanyama and Ebisu, in a quiet and nice location. I went for lunch on a weekday. The place was quite peaceful with a few customers. However, after I entered, a large group of people came in. I was seated at a table for four, even though I was alone. The restaurant has a calm and nice atmosphere, with plenty of space. They have taken proper measures for infection prevention. I had the usual delicious barley tea for my drink. I was trying to decide on my order when the waitress kindly explained the dishes to me. Even when I was being silly and making random jokes, she responded with a smile. This kind of service is what distinguishes a popular restaurant. By the way, the Fruit Assortment with set meal style is said to be Instagrammable. Just kidding. This place makes it hard to decide. There are so many options, all of them look delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The lack of pictures also makes it difficult to choose. However, I heard that they have a Facebook page where they post photos of daily set meals, so checking that out can help make a decision. At this point, as a lover of Japanese cuisine and set meals, I am already planning to come back. Today, I ordered the Sashimi Set Meal for 1,100 yen, which included a sashimi assortment, kinpira gobou, pickles, large rice portion, miso soup, and sweet potato sweet potato. I also added a half portion of pork fillet cutlet for 300 yen. The sashimi was beautifully arranged, and it seemed like they serve seasonal ingredients. The freshness was outstanding. Especially the sweetness of the bonito was just right. The yellowtail was also delicious. The edible chrysanthemum added a sense of tranquility. But I rarely eat edible chrysanthemum. If anyone likes it, I would appreciate some tips on how to enjoy it. I personally see it more as a decoration. Sorry to the edible chrysanthemum farmers. The sashimi set meal seemed to be quite popular, as it was almost sold out. The side dishes were also tasty. The homemade pickles were a nice touch. The seasoning was perfect. The rice and miso soup were great. You can also have red miso for an additional 50 yen. The size of the pork cutlet was quite large. Wait, didn't I order a half portion? It was slightly thin, but easy to eat and delicious. The quality for 300 yen was impressive. The sweet potato dish was indeed a sweet potato sweet potato. It was deliciously sweet. The balance with a hint of yuzu was skillful. I'm speechless. Thank you for the meal. The food was delicious and the service at the restaurant was impeccable. I was impressed. I have found another favorite restaurant. I will probably go back tomorrow. Thank you and see you soon!
